I would ask the person to tell me more about what he means by the phrase.....'born in the wrong body'. Further exploration would be what does it feel like. Where in his body is that happening. Can he remember when he first had this thought or feeling? Lots more exploration of what he feels this term symbolises. Never ever tell always listen. I was not at all impressed with her making an assessment of gender dysphoria within minutes. There was so much more she needed to learn about him before that.
This is a GP exam scenario, not a therapy session. The doctor has 10 minutes to get to a diagnosis and discuss possible treatment/management options with the patient. A therapist who probably has much more time to discuss the situation in-depth, can go into details.

"safe place" she says then it ends up on youtube with 24k people seeing this poor guy thinking he shared his feelings with 1 person but it was 24k people😂😂
He should have gotten a little suspicious though when he saw there was a sound man, a camera operator and a boom operator in the therapist’s office too and heard the director call, *“ACTION!”*
I think you jumped too quick on judgment wagon- these are practice videos for medical exam please see his channel description and other videos(The actor(patient) in this video is a doctor

_I was minding my business_
_Lifting some lead off_
_The roof of the _*_Holy Name_*_ church_
_It was worthwhile living a laughable life_
_To set my eyes on the blistering sight_
_Of a Vicar in a tutu_
_He's not strange_
_He just wants to live his life this way_
_A scanty bit of a thing_
_With a decorative ring_
_That wouldn't cover the head of a child_
_As Rose collects the money in a canister_
_Who comes sliding down the bannister?_
_The Vicar in a tutu_
_He's not strange_
_He just wants to live his life this way_
_The monkish monsignor_
_With a head full of plaster_
_Said : "My man, get your vile soul dry-cleaned"_
_As Rose counts the money in the canister_
_As natural as rain_
_He dances again_
_My God!_
_The Vicar in a tutu_
_Oh yeah_
_Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah_
_Oh..._
_The Vicar in a tutu_
_Oh yeah_
_Oh..._
_The next day in the pulpit_
_With freedom and ease_
_Combatting ignorance, dust, and disease_
_As Rose counts the money in the canister_
_As natural as rain_
_He dances again and again and again_
_In the fabric of a tutu_
_Any man could get used to_
_And I am the living sign_
_And I'm a living sign_
_I am a living sign_
_I'm a living sign_
_I am a living sign_
_I'm a living sign_
_Sign_
_I am a living sign_

Tone of language is really tough
Is it real or mockup?
Wonderful
What's CSA?
CSA stands for Clinical Skills Assessment, it's a part of GP training
