First start a calories deficit diet. You can go extreme like I did but it is not necessary I eat about 700 calories a day. For temptations I use an elastic band that would sting me if I thought about eating. Make sure to have a food diary like on notepad or anything. Take pictures of your progress because the scale can be off for example you can not lose a weight in a single week but look smaller that’s a good thing because you’re building muscle. Eat alot of protein because it digests fast and keeps you full for longer. Go to the gym for cardio or building muscle until you can comfortably start to go on jugs and once you’re at that point you can do 1 hour of cardio a day to lose weight and hit your Ideal weight. Hope this helps, I know how hard it is to start but you got this
Make small changes. Don’t expect yourself to be able to do an intensive workout daily for months. Maybe set a small goal such as jogging on the spot for 2 minutes everyday and work up from there! Sorry if this wasn’t helpful lol but good luck, stay healthy and be kind to yourself on your journey

You can eat as many meals as you want in a day. It's what you eat not how much your eating. Also don't blame others. It's your fault you don't go to the gym 💪🤷♂️

If you crave sugar. Eat a piece of gum. I went from 227 pounds to 182 pounds or 181 pounds. -Walked minimum 3.5 kms a day. Good walk was 5 kms. Best in a day was 7 kms. But minimum I did 3.5 kms a day walking. -Warm water daily, half a gallon to a full gallon a day. I just drank warm. -I would have anything for dinner, but if I had access of 1700 calories, I would add an extra km to my minimum 3 km walk. -I would have chai(Pakistani tea with 2 table spoons of sugar) with 3 pieces of bread for breakfast. Again I would add the extra to kms to my walk to burn it off. -I would fast for 12 to 16 hours a day. I would drink water though throughout. Just not have food. One thing I learned after losing all that weight was that I still looked skinny fat. So add weights to your to your weight-loss plan and do HIT training. Any type of weight training would be helpful. -Also swimming, 1 of hour of swimming is like 4 of hours of cardio if I remember right. So swim if you can aswell. Helps burn a lot, but I didnt do any swimming. I got attention from a lot of girls after I lost my weight. Girls that weren't into me, would start showing interest. Even the ones with big egos started showing me choosing signals very subtly. But I had to work on my interaction skills to keep it moving forward. Also you realize that yes you gain confidence by losing weight but its also that you realize that confidence is a purely also a mental thing. That I could've also felt this confident if I was fat. I lost 50 pounds in 2 months. I Put on a lot of weight since the start of the pandemic. It’s been a 4 year battle of failures but I finally been able to lose the weight. It was not easy , but it’s very doable if you have determination and belief in yourself!!!
Constant movement throughout the day whether it be on the indoor cycling bicycle at a good pace for however long you want, dancing to some music in a private room by yourself for 30 to 45 minutes, walking in place for 1 hour or doing a hiit cardio routine for 30 minutes-all of these options burn off excess calories. The key here is to A. Only eat the calories you need for the day & B. Be in a calorie deficit and keep moving! Fasting is something we do naturally every day. It’s basically you not eating at many hours of the day. Just take a break and focus on other things. Do some work or housework or get some chores done or make a video or exercise. Take a damn walk. The key here is to not over indulge in food or unhealthy food. And if u do don’t sweat it. Just keep consistent with healthy eating & minimal eating and mostly fasting and exercise!
I’m 2 and a half months in, lost water weight, my stomach is tighter, walks or jogs everyday, introduced jump rope which is killer for the core, eating better and big difference. im slow cutting. deficit 100-200 calories a day. carb cycling (high/low carb days) to still fuel performance. so far getting stronger and leaner by the week

Before I started my diet I used to eat one meal a day which is dinner and I’ll have my protein with rice and some veggies and I wondered why I was gaining so much weight. Then I realized I’m a stay at home mom that gets bored very easily and then I binge eat unhealthy snacks as well as drink lots of sugary drinks never water 😭. Now im juicing fruits and vegetables and drinking more water as well as drinking ballerina tea and I cut out red meat, chicken sugar,salt,carbs,and dairy. Basically im plant based with the exception of salmon 3x a week so really pescatarian but plant based/vegan sounds better 🤣. On top of that I’m trying to go to the gym at least 5x a week yall pray for me 😭

Can you make a video on exercises to help loose belly fat? Although I'm only 12 I am struggling with my body image right now and eating less + doing treadmill every day isn't helping me
I don’t necessarily know and every body’s are different but definitely going in to it slow, maybe try exercising ten/15 minutes a day for a week, then maybe a bit longer, and then maybe a bit more, and same with healthy eating habits, make it a point to add one healthy meal each day, or have a small salad or just a vegetable with dinner. It’s the small changes that make a big difference
Ok but eating is definitely something you should do even when trying to lose weight (I don’t know if you mean est excessively or just eat period but) often when you stop eating for long periods of time as soon as you start again you’ll gain all the weight back, second it makes you INCREDIBLE week and makes your bones more fragile, third it has long lasting consequences like I’m not sure I feel like I heard something about teeth but I don’t know your hair might start falling out at a young age, again I don’t know if you meant genuine anorexia or just skipping meals (though skipping meals is also really bad) better safe then sorry

daily check ins help me way better ! also before sleep AND after waking up... and maybe post bowel movement or post fasted cardio too. three times a day is way better than once a week I find. Then you start seeing it as scientific data instead of some big event
5kg of food and water 😂 I skipped one day of jogging and gained 5kg. I think that is the sweat I ought to have passed out... I think the weight lost thing is a long process (suffer for 6 months on the base weight reset to a lower unit).

Man I changed my diet and put on five pounds. I was lifting and walking, I cut my intake to the bare minimum, and still gained weight.
I'm 257 lbs 25.9% body fat.
Drink warm/room temperature water, that’ll help you lose weight faster, went from 238 to 198 in 5 months. Keep pushing💯

I’m 2 and a half months in, lost water weight, my stomach is tighter, walks or jogs everyday, introduced jump rope which is killer for the core, eating better and big difference. I was always skinny fat, turned that fat into muscle and my shoulders have always been bigger and now with my shirt off I’m seeing how I’m getting happier. Heart break drives you.

Me not having junk in the house always helps
im slow cutting. deficit 100-200 calories a day. carb cycling (high/low carb days) to still fuel performance. so far getting stronger and leaner by the week

I also found that having a job to do, keeping busy, change the sheets, do something when a craving hits, works. Now that spring is around the corner, I am cleaning up leaves outside, and pulling weeds.

Before I started my diet I used to eat one meal a day which is dinner and I’ll have my protein with rice and some veggies and I wondered why I was gaining so much weight. Then I realized I’m a stay at home mom that gets bored very easily and then I binge eat unhealthy snacks as well as drink lots of sugary drinks never water 😭. Now im juicing fruits and vegetables and drinking more water as well as drinking ballerina tea and I cut out red meat, chicken sugar,salt,carbs,and dairy. Basically im plant based with the exception of salmon 3x a week so really pescatarian but plant based/vegan sounds better 🤣. On top of that I’m trying to go to the gym at least 5x a week yall pray for me 😭

I don’t necessarily know and every body’s are different but definitely going in to it slow, maybe try exercising ten/15 minutes a day for a week, then maybe a bit longer, and then maybe a bit more, and same with healthy eating habits, make it a point to add one healthy meal each day, or have a small salad or just a vegetable with dinner. It’s the small changes that make a big difference

Ok but eating is definitely something you should do even when trying to lose weight (I don’t know if you mean est excessively or just eat period but) often when you stop eating for long periods of time as soon as you start again you’ll gain all the weight back, second it makes you INCREDIBLE week and makes your bones more fragile, third it has long lasting consequences like I’m not sure I feel like I heard something about teeth but I don’t know your hair might start falling out at a young age, again I don’t know if you meant genuine anorexia or just skipping meals (though skipping meals is also really bad) better safe then sorry

I skipped one day of jogging and gained 5kg. I think that is the sweat I ought to have passed out... I think the weight lost thing is a long process (suffer for 6 months on the base weight reset to a lower unit).
