After graduation four kids from my highschool went to the University of Chicago. Two became doctors, one became a lawyer and I became the homeless mentally ill. Because God had a call on my life. That was in 1980 and I was ordained an Elder in the COGIC in 1991. One of the very rare white Elders. His ways are not our ways. And He always finds a way to bring out excellence in us. You have a wonderful testimony and a pure and powerful prophetic voice. I am blessed to hear you. Stay in His hand. It's a safe place.

This sounds like me now in a JOB session. GOD took my finances away two weeks before Christmas and still can find a job. I have a wife that's ready for a divorce and doesn't want a relationship with GOD. we have two beautiful children. I known GOD is in control at ALL TIMES. But my wife doesn't believe in the same faith in God, so she thinks I'm lazy and don't want a job. And that's not the case. Please pray with and for me sister in Christ. Please and thank you. It’s so amazing, because God gave me a heart for the traffickers as well… and when I say that to people it’s so hard for them to understand. But He has always given me a heart for people who seem irredeemable because He loves them too. He created them and has a purpose for them.

Awesome to hear a real and rare testimony about money and I’m happy to know that God made you understand the fact that money is a defense mechanism against the enemy. In this world, if you don’t bow down to God, you will have to bow down to the enemy, which is why the Bible says “the love of money is the root of all evil”, so if you love money more than you love God, then you partner with the enemy who is the root of all evil. That’s what I learned from the experience with my wicked “family”. I personally had to rely on God really early to in life and I still don’t have an income stream nor a ministry(not because He didn’t want to provide one, but because He gave me a big thing to build), so I’m completely waiting on God.
I thought you were younger than me! wow Gods light has been good to you! God has grown my heart as well as I am coming out of my Job season. In my case God wanted to show me that he is my provider and not any other person.
It is evident from how much God worked on you, He loves you very much Denisse. Your heart is now gold!

Girl I just feel love for you even I don’t know you at all. If I have money I would give you but unfortunately I am unemployed myself almost a year now. So I am in the season currently with my 4,5 yo son and my unsaved husband. I recently put out on Fb that I’ll take housekeeping or cleaning in homes to earn some money and I am very curious that God will allow me to work or not. Thank you Denise. This was on point. I understand what you mean completely. Also in regards to traffickers/pimps, there is a need for them too. As messed up as it is, there is a pimp culture in the US that I’ve become aware of through social media. It was eye-opening because it showed me that many people do get into sex-work out of pure need. It’s sad but they all need Jesus to help them in their need. ❤
My word of the year is Stewardship. God is so intentional. He had to prepare us for our abundance to make sure we will steward it well.

I get what you're saying about the traffickers - we see them as disgustingly evil, but it is written that God wants everyone to be saved (1 Timothy 2). I've had to wrestle with these thoughts, with the desire to see the bad guys brought to God's Justice, but we have to let that go and recognize the fact that every one of us are like the thieves who were crucified with Jesus, and we either see the light or we don't.
