I reckon that drainage is blocked up with hair and cooking waste. They are only small pipes.or it's a back pressure . My water bottle does the same when using the little tap at the bottom The rental company should sort that out. The magpies are awesome . We also get sea turtles laying eggs on the beaches in northern NSW. We have about 40 to 50 kangaroos running wild on our local golf course in western Brisbane
Thanks Matthew. If if was ours we ( Rob) would have taken it apart and cleared it. We loved the animals and birds in Australia… I love wildlife in general but Australian wildlife is off the scale. Best, Peg
Great scenes at Noosa and Lone Pine. Those koala pics were excellent; something really special for you to look back upon. Those chickens were hungry; ours used to love fresh grass hoppers.
Hi Brian, It was great to see roos and koalas and we loved the Lone Pine Sanctuary. I am still traumatised by that chicken cos I love frogs...but that is nature eh...we've all gotta eat. Thanks for all of your tips for Queensland. Are you back home now? Have a Happy Christmas, from Peg and Rob.
Hi Rusty, thanks for the extra info re Mount Bartle- Frere. We really enjoyed playing trivia games and wished more long roads had quizzes. Are you from Queensland? Best, Peg
@@pegandrobsgameforadventure Yes we live in the Gold Coast hinterland. Looks like you enjoyed Queensland travels. Love your positive videos. Hope you enjoy your travels in the camper in lovely New Zealand.

yeah, Noosa is a nightmare. I know it's famous (much like Bondi beach in Sydney) but really, there's just as good beaches on Sunshine Coast, and an all round better experience. Enjoying your travels.
Hi Scottsworld. It was a lovely place to visit… bit of a nightmare to park nearby. I like quieter beaches… you only need one good café nearby 😎Best, Peg
I live very close to Mone Repo and I would encourage you to return on your next trip because it's one of the most magical experiences ever. I cannot express to you how emotional it is too see these turtles We saw them laying their eggs got to handle the eggs to replace them to a safer are Then the turles follow the light from a torch back into the sea This is why you have to book early because it's one of the best things to be a part of ever Highly recommended from experience

Hi Brummie, We were really surprised when we noticed it. I’ve been in a car in a similar situation when a warning light did come on. I think we were distracted at the petrol station for some reason and overlooked it at the time! Merry Christmas, Rob🎅
Hi Debbie and Ian, Hope you are both well too and getting ready for a Port Sunlight Christmas. We keep forgetting that Christmas is nearly here as it is the middle of summer. Hope to speak soon and let us know what adventures you have planned for your Moho. Love from Peg & Rob

Hi Phil, your comments really mean a lot to us. We all need a bit of support and your messages spur us on. Happy Christmas to you too and we will try to upload on time this week. Best, Peg :)
What most people don’t realise is that chickens are living dinosaurs that are the closest living relatives to Tyrannosaurus rex. They are opportunistic in their eating and can be cold blood killers. But we love the cheeky sods all the same 😊
Penguins are crap. I got some out of curiosity after The Boris claimed they were going to be a Brexit benefit. Not are they actually rubbish chocolate and biscuit, they all come individually packed in plastic. To cap it off Penguins are actually much more expensive than the far better Tim Tams.
@@markward573 Hi Mark, thanks for the comment. Tbh we were far more traumatised by the chicken eating the frog 🐸. You kind of expect major predators to eat some kind of prey… but in my head chickens eat grain and other seeds. Best ,Peg

Thanks Lyn, I hope you’re right. Someone else suggested that too ( thanks Deannie)… he was right up my Harris though when he beeped… perhaps this wasn’t an act of aggression and was a warning 😀
Yeah you can’t stop at the truck stops they are for our trucks drives as they have to take breaks to sleep as they travel long distances and they can’t if cars and caravan are in their way. There are designated spot for cars and people in caravans and motorhomes to pull up in as you can see along on the road. I can’t believe that the motorhome they gave you is just in terrible conditions they should of taken you though it before you set off. Never leave the gas on always turn it off before you leave and when you are not using it.. yeah you should of gotten Wikicamps Australia app on your phones as it with tell you where all the free camps are & caravan parks etc are,it will let you know where the water is to fill up plus a whole lot of other stuff. everyone has it on their phones etc in Australia as we camp a lot.. 😊
Thanks Aussiekit91, it was my mistake on the truckstop. I was hungry and just saw a place to pull in. I won’t do it again. I think the rental place was flat out busy to be fair. I still think a bread knife and a veg knife would be useful. We met some fab Aussies when we camped who were very generous with their knowledge. Next time we will be starting with a little more knowledge. Thanks for your comment, best, Peg
@@pegandrobsgameforadventure yeah not your fault when you didn’t know.. unfortunately people will take these things out of the motorhomes etc but the company should of made sure everything was in there for you to use very slack in that department. I use a cooler bag that has papers plates 2 mugs, cups, 6 Snaplock bags, 3 garbage bags a box of matches and pencil long case that has 2 knives, forks, spoons & teaspoons, can opener, vegetable peeler, one small sharp knife and long knife, a pair of tongs, and an egg flipper because you can guarantee that there would never be one in the drawer when you needed it. Fly spray, touch and tea towels and a table cloth because some picnic tables are just yuk now we have our caravan we can stop anywhere as it’s all off grid and off road and self sufficient I can even do my washing as it has a washing machine but only when we are at a caravan park as it user’s the water when we are free camping somewhere remote.
G’day, without Truckies Australia would stop, they are more important than you, if they beep you, don’t take it personally, they’re on a deadline, let them pass😊
Chickens are savage. Going off your video you don’t want to look. But plenty of vids of chickens killing mice, rats, reptiles even other baby birds. Sorry for the gross response. But videos of deer and cows eating animals isn’t uncommon. All animals need protein. And if it pops up in front of them they will take it.
Thanks Aussie assassin gaming, I really like frogs. I know you are right… all animals have to eat. This chicken appeared to toy with the frog… it was more like cat behaviour… I’ve learned a lot. Thanks again, Peg.
No problem. Not at all trying to say anything you said is bad. Totally agree. But to me, again you probably don’t want to know. But it’s a life lesson. A full grown cow just randomly eating a tiny yellow chicken chick. Gone in 1 second. That’s what my brain remembers. The world is a savage place. But it’s better you no so you are ready if you see it.
@@chrisdef15 I guess I was prepared for croc savagery and not chicken savagery… lots of people have said to me how savage chickens are and the ‘pecking order’ is just that.
