I live in Juba. I have heard of fighting near the ironically named Protection of Civilian (Almost entirely Nuer) Camps outside Juba, with some deaths and injured. Within Juba itself, calm as usual. How much of this is old footage? Which is not to say that we shouldn't always be on the alert.
