Hello Chef Today I made this receipe but with little modification as per my taste Buds. I don't use mustard and dals for seasoning and instead of milk I made White sauce(butter,milk,pepper, garlic) and add it, for seasoning I added garlic powder. Really the taste was awesome with Chapathi my hubby appreciated me. Thank you wonderful recipe.

sanjay, I had this sabzi today with tomatoes. Not his way. I never heard of milk and onion. Are you sure? Can we eat these two together? I just soak moog bean. In couple of days I will have sprout moog beans. Can you saw me how you do it?
My mom told me never to mix these (onion & milk) together. Even according ayurveda! Oh, in my district(kathiawad) we called "Gheesoda" but in most gujarat it is "Tooriya".
and if the kids don't drink milk, do not worry as long as they eat rice, they get enough calcium from it. Also too much milk is not good for health, thats what the doctors say now in Europe.

While cutting the turai u taste little bit . If it is tasting bitter don't use it, if u can't taste smell it bitter smell will come...
Just break the turai at the stem and taste it. If it's bitter don't use that.
