In Part 4 of this Season 3 School Of Nock Series we take a huge step in applying all that you've learned in the first 3 parts. The topic of pt 4 is Focussing on the Process- Not the Prize. In this video we discuss the importance of not going too far too fast and also not going to small too fast in order to prevent backsliding. We also show you the simple steps of execution a perfect shot and using those key steps as your focus for curing buck fever or target anticipation.
