I've had mine M12
about 2.5months, today the swing out mop stopped swinging out and not wett8ng mops, can't get a hold of anyone on Yeedi website. Now I'm searching for fix mops videos.
I just got mine last week. Let me tell you, it's good, really.
Yeedi is another line from ECOVACS brand
It looks like Ecovacs Deebot T30Pro. What is the difference?
Yeedi is made by Ecovacs, I'm not sure why they are choosing to make robots under another brand name besides their own, a lot of companies do that for some reason, they will make products with more than one brand name even if they are similar. The purple light that you mentioned is probably because the obstacle avoidance system is using lasers rather than a camera. This is why it doesn't take pictures of the obstacles. Even though we can't see the laser, many cameras can.
Has the app improved? The complaints about the app itself have kind of turned me off from purchasing one.

@@JustADad thanks for the response. I currently have a Dreame X30 but Dreame's support is not very good. So I'm thinking on returning it. Great customer service is important to me and so far Dreame's support has been pretty disappointing. So I'm looking for another brand that is still good quality.

The purple light that you are seeing is IR lights that they use fir detection of thing like walks and furniture.

Thanks, I bought both and test them. Found Yeedi is significantly better than Eufy... I eventually kept Yeedi.
