6:35 Rakka is not bad at all! She's no Marichka, but very good nonetheless. Cleanser, reviver, debuff blocker, healer, turn meter booster, and a SPD in all battles aura!
I LOVE Rakka! She was the second Leggo I ever pulled (BEK was the first) and, based on my first quick look at her kit, I thought se was slightly above average, but would never get beyond that. Man, was I a dum-dum! I stopped counting YEARS ago how many times she's come in clutch for me with a Cleanse/Shield, a crucial Rez/Block Debuffs, or a Heal, and she even gets more kills than I ever expected out of her (her Attack can be surprisingly strong, sometimes, and so can catch some opposing teams, and myself, off-guard with an unexpected kill). Even though she's been slightly overshadowed by some of the Champs I've acquired in the time since I got her, I still play her very often on A LOT of my teams, including Clan Boss, Hydra, and all Arenas, and she still kicks ass on a regular basis!
I’d have Pythion above Elva; if only for the reason that the effectiveness of Elva’s cleanse requires legendary books. Grand Padraig is a massive snub too; Battlesage also deserves an honourable mention. Cleanse plus revive on death as an epic ain’t too bad.
Dunno man, Elva's cleanse comes with a speed Boost, which makes her better for e.g. Hydra. Sure, Pythion's revive is better, but purely cleansing, Eva is better
Thanks for giving Rakka some love! I only have 12 void champs and Rakka is one of them and i enjoy using her. One criticism I do have, though, is that she will use her revive even if no one is dead (so, need to do a little manualling at times but not a big deal for me)
She does that because her Revive is also a Block Debuffs, so even if there's no one to Rez on your team, every team can always use a nice anti-debuff. 🙂
Good content Ash!! Although Tuhanarak in a relentless set is the best "cleanser" in the game imo. Basically cleansing every turn.. now if you talk cleansers with other abilities, then yea, all of those other toons would fit in.
Recently getting back into the game and I was struggling with nether spider today in hard doomtower 110. I had mithrala, Tuhanarak, Duchess and Geo locked in, couldn't find a 5th to get the job done. Was lacking heals for the longevity and I used the search feature and found hakkohrn for another cleanse+ heal... he was the missing ingredient! Love the fact that his best ability doesn't require any buffs to function also!
you could literally make a way faster team using geo paired with a heal reduction champ like venomage and a block damage/unkillable champ to keep you alive while you take all those poisons. It’s the fastest and easiest way to beat nether spider
Hi Ash. Love the content as always. I gotta call out my girl Riho - she needs to move up to 2nd spot behind Galathir. When it comes to dealing with debuffs she beats both Mithrala and Elva, mostly due to her passive. I use her in Gold III PvP Arena - perfect counter to a very fast Mikage. Neither Mithrala nor Elva can deal with that as well as Riho - Mithrala may have all that RES but there's too much increase ACC in the game to rely on it. Riho's passive is much more reliable. But some disagreement on the list actually makes things more fun and spurs discussion. Thanks again!
You should do like a raid Olympics challenge. You and several other content creators draft teams to see who places what in each event. Also get community involved by letting vote on a few champs to draft as well.
ASH I think King Gallcobar is severely under rated and needs to be thoroughly played in different scenarios!. I am 9 weeks into game and lvl 45. I have4 legendaries Loki, Ninja, King Gallcobar, War Mother. The last two were pulled from a single legendary shard in second week. Loki is in full legendary/ epic 5/6 star gear rest are i. 4/5 star ok gear. KG shines in every difficult scenario whether PVE or PVP
King Galco nr.18 sounds crazy to me. He's a hard carry on Doom tower (some of the bosses too), Dragon and Hydra for me. He turns any debuffs into continuous heals and puts a shield up. He turns all opponents buffs into poisons and puts a block buffs on them. He's the reason I can do Nightmare Hydra. I don't have a crazy roster, so having a champ that cleanses my own team, the enemy team, heals, shields And does block buffs. None of the other champs in my team do 5 things like he does. Mithrala does cleanse, hex, strengthen and shield. That's 4 things...

I think someone who needs more credit as a cleanser is Helior. Not a lot of champions can turn a cleanse into an attack. His shield isn't all that overwhelming, but on spider it's pretty amazing and then all the poisons that get put on you, gets transfered to the boss. IMO very underrated. Also, you have Doompriest and Tuhanarak but not Maud? She's the best of the 3 automatic cleansers.
Surprised Skytouched Shaman didn't get an honourable mention. Of course, the fact she can fear herself takes her away from being top top tier, without that she'd be Leggo-worthy. But even so, she's basically a mini-Cardiel when she gets her skill off, as well as being one of the best healers in the game in the right circumstances. Sadly, the order of how things happen mean that the Blessings that sound perfect for her to counter the Fear also don't really work well though too :( She's still one of my top 5 favourite champs in the game though.
You mentioned Mausoleum Mage as an honorable mention, but I didn't see Battlesage anywhere on the list or as a mention. AOE A1, AOE clense and a protected increase attack on a 3 turn for the A2, and a three turn targeted Revive on Death on a 4 turn cooldown. Protected buffs, full clense, and a revive mechanism on an epic isn't a bad kit. Not to mention pretty good base stats as well.
Gallcobar was one of my first Lego and 1st Sylvan. My other cleanser and debuffer on main Hydra team. Relentless gear all the way but far from an end mid game build. Put him on a CB team with Acelin Stalwart and see how big that shield gets before you heal Ironclad, that'd be a vid worth seeing if built for Max shield. Wythir was also one of my first 5, my other support champ for cleanse, mini heal and a2 for the def buff. Also my main aura lead in iron twins and I DON'T have a dec res champ to get past 13. Usually my last champ standing.

Claidna's buff was great. As end game. She's brilliant in Hydra. AoE decrease speed and cleaner on 3 turns. Plus, her sleep is great for sand-devil. I have her in a pretty fast team with Kymar as a back up sleep incase one of them fail. Overall, i think the buff was great, not S teir but sold A- for me now 🤜🤛
Another video idea I mentioned a while back that I think would be cool is to just see who your line ups are for each area/boss. Just a super quick "Here's my Hard FK team" and then a quick flash of gear/stats, and move on. It'd be like a teaser for upcoming heroes on your other channel as well, especially for heroes it might be a while before you get to them. **cough BROGNI cough**
Big BEK enjoyer. My first leggo I pulled from shards and he absolutely carried me in dungeons and CB early on. Honestly need to regear him to solo content.
I would put mithrala lower than where she is. If this list is cleanse-focused, then I think any 3-turn cleanse with a 2-turn block debuff tops her. It’s too easy to get debuffs on your team right after her cleanse. (Or for the cleanse to trigger tormin)
Can you do a guide on Runekeeper Dazdurk, I got him a bit ago and he’s got a good cleanse I just don’t know what set to put him in or where to utilize him.
Skartorsis isn't so bad when you need a cleanser though the aura is really good speed at 33% but limited to dungeons. The buffs on another turn at least increase team damage. A1 is useful with Hex though mine is speed tuned without hex. Looking forward to getting one of the top 8 in your list.
i pulled conjoined a little over a week ago and hes already way stronger then anyone gives him credit for. i have a lot of current meta legendries, and after some testing i think his passive may be bugged (in a good way) i now use him in my current stall team for live arena arena def and he was a massive boost to my hydra teams. he turns everyone into a tank with doesn't need ACC so stacking speed HP (and resistance if you need it) is super easy. getting him over 200k hp after a few turns. there isint anyone hes not full healing. he is the only cleanser i use now unless I'm in cursed city and i cant use him. i dropped hakorn bad el and pytheon from a good handful of teams where i use him. id compare it to the same levels of busted as pre=nerf vogath teams. i have myhtralla ava and cardiel and wite queen. and theres sitations where i use them but CONJOINED makes any fight that goes over 3 full sets of turns a must bring. and pairing him with any other def/utility champ like him makes the game unlosable.
I feel Fyna could have made the list as well. I know you have her too, yea you need to throw in an arbiter and a galathir to make her cleanse live, but it's a really good one.

Rakka Rocks. She brings so much to the team and is absolutely underrated on this list. Put her in regen gear and a lot of hp and resistance she is hard to kill. She is the MVP on my roster and gets used everywhere. Plus she is a void champ.
I used to be one of those people who got excited when they got spirithost. Her full cleanse with block debuffs seemed really good for early game. It wasnt until I encountered my first nether spider did I finally realize how bad that 5 turn cooldown is. I do not and will not use her ever again.
Shamael is amazing against Nether Spider. Once they place the poisons he will counter attack and remove the counter attack buff from the spiderlings. Nobody talks about that
i think there’s just better options for nether spider plus i’ve used him before against the nether spider in cursed city and the animations take soooo long with him counterattacking
BeK's simple kit needs more love. He only has A2 wich means sets like relentless always speed up that ability. Should be way higher in this list.. Also, Spririthosts aura is quite unique in the early game/rare category. Just try to find a replacement. And she can be farmed for skils, used as books.
What’s with the Claidna hate? Her passive is great against Amius, and no it doesn’t just block the damage on her. It works a lot like sepulcher. Her a2 is also great in hydra.
Hey ash I know this is completely unrelated to the video but please can you make a video on how to build Lugan the steadfast? He was my first legendary I pulled a year and a bit ago but I’ve never been happy with his build :(
for shamel - he counterattacks with the a1 on the debuffs and then has a chance to steal the opponents buffs ... and placing true fear on all champs when he kills a champ with the a2, so he is buffing/debuffing all over - with a high multiplier as an attack champion, he could be even higher than 14
Starsage did suprise me, because he does so many things, I didn't remember that he clensed. Mythicals are just ridiculous. Should would be nice to have one this decade.
Highmother Maud I know only some of us have her but she is amazing I use her in a Hydra team its a shame only way to empower her is through the sell fragment gamble ( I'm currently working on getting a second one but not to empower for team 2 in hydra , yes i had a lot of unused frags cluttering my page)
The problem i have with Pythion is whenever i use him, i feel like his healing is too weak to keep you alive. Unless you are endgame with great gear, a 10% heal is so weak. I'd love if it was 20% or increased per debuff removed.
Ash honestly i am wondering if i should start over bc my level 31 acc has ninja and artak and galek and lots of epic champions to use but i cant figure out how to progress in the game i watch each build video but i dont have the artifacts i feel weak even with two legendary champions could you help me ?
Now I see why I have to use Wight Queen so much.. I don’t have any void leggos. I don’t really consider removing 1 random debuff a cleanse but take what you can get I guess. I have 5 void shards.. I wonder how long before I pull a void leggo 😢

what about Krixia? She has a cleanse on 5 turns BUT she also reduces the cooldown by 3 turns, I don't think she is top 10 but she is top 20 for sure considering her kit.
Getting her was huge for my acct progression. Used her everywhere early on and is still on a lot of my teams. Also her and korugar made getting a traditional 1 key unmcb team pretty easy.
Out of the 20 cleansers on Ash's list, I only got Reliquary Tender 😂, and been playing for 2 months and F2P. where is my very own Starsage Galathir? hehe
Sup ash, always been a big supporter of yours, even before raid, but I gotta say I'm done with all those top 20 videos. Even though they have been useful to see if the champ I pulled is good, but nowadays I feel like every champ with a certain mechanic is mentioned, like spirit host, also grand oak wasn't even in this video. No hate at all, after watching some raid RUclips for some time, I already know what most of the good champions do and most of the time, you just mention what they do. Sure, lists are always subjective, but I don't see value in listening to skills from alot of champions I won't ever get. I'd love to see some more in depth video, like team building, how to switch up teams, when to swap out champions and so on. And what I don't need is a video that tells me that debuffs are important for waves or which buffs do you need, but why and when and how are certain champions useful. I know these videos take way longer to make, but I think they would be useful til the end of time. Those tierlists are only useful for a certain amount of times because they introduce new champs every month. Only love ash ❤

I used marichka, hellior, reliquary tender, septimus and dutchess

Honorable mention...anchorite. I use him in spider. He only has the one attack aoe but he has a 3turn cleanse a heal and buffs crit rate and damage

Gator is a rare with a 3 turn cool down full cleanse, I'd place him above spirithost since that 5 turn cool down kills her outside of arena.

Rakka Rocks. She brings so much to the team and is absolutely underrated on this list. Put her in regen gear and a lot of hp and resistance she is hard to kill. She is the MVP on my roster and gets used everywhere. Plus she is a void champ.

I used to be one of those people who got excited when they got spirithost. Her full cleanse with block debuffs seemed really good for early game. It wasnt until I encountered my first nether spider did I finally realize how bad that 5 turn cooldown is. I do not and will not use her ever again.

Shamael is amazing against Nether Spider. Once they place the poisons he will counter attack and remove the counter attack buff from the spiderlings. Nobody talks about that
He's also god tier against Dark Fae too, she puts out tons of fears and he just wipes them all

i think there’s just better options for nether spider plus i’ve used him before against the nether spider in cursed city and the animations take soooo long with him counterattacking

BeK's simple kit needs more love. He only has A2 wich means sets like relentless always speed up that ability. Should be way higher in this list.. Also, Spririthosts aura is quite unique in the early game/rare category. Just try to find a replacement. And she can be farmed for skils, used as books.
I wanna say Highmother maud should be in the list. Buffer, buff extender, healer, reviver, and a doompriest passive with continuous heals

What’s with the Claidna hate? Her passive is great against Amius, and no it doesn’t just block the damage on her. It works a lot like sepulcher. Her a2 is also great in hydra.

for shamel - he counterattacks with the a1 on the debuffs and then has a chance to steal the opponents buffs ... and placing true fear on all champs when he kills a champ with the a2, so he is buffing/debuffing all over -
with a high multiplier as an attack champion, he could be even higher than 14
I think Night Queen should have been on the list. She has the best cleans if you think about it. It removes all debuffs and resets the whole team.
Starsage did suprise me, because he does so many things, I didn't remember that he clensed. Mythicals are just ridiculous. Should would be nice to have one this decade.
The only thing that galathir doesn't do, is coffee ☕☕ ☕ for your team

Highmother Maud I know only some of us have her but she is amazing I use her in a Hydra team its a shame only way to empower her is through the sell fragment gamble ( I'm currently working on getting a second one but not to empower for team 2 in hydra , yes i had a lot of unused frags cluttering my page)
The problem i have with Pythion is whenever i use him, i feel like his healing is too weak to keep you alive. Unless you are endgame with great gear, a 10% heal is so weak. I'd love if it was 20% or increased per debuff removed.

Ash honestly i am wondering if i should start over bc my level 31 acc has ninja and artak and galek and lots of epic champions to use but i cant figure out how to progress in the game i watch each build video but i dont have the artifacts i feel weak even with two legendary champions could you help me ?
I think Sethalia should be ranked higher than Hackhorn. She has a 3 turn cleanse and a 3 turn enemy buff strip. Both A2 & A3 can fill turn meter.
Claudia's buff made her reaaaaaly good for hydra..

uugo’s cleanse is only 1 random debuff from all allies unlike everyone else’s cleanse in the video which removes all debuffs from all allies

what about Krixia? She has a cleanse on 5 turns BUT she also reduces the cooldown by 3 turns, I don't think she is top 10 but she is top 20 for sure considering her kit.
Elva is probably my most used PvE champion and her design is top tier
Getting her was huge for my acct progression. Used her everywhere early on and is still on a lot of my teams. Also her and korugar made getting a traditional 1 key unmcb team pretty easy.

Sup ash, always been a big supporter of yours, even before raid, but I gotta say I'm done with all those top 20 videos. Even though they have been useful to see if the champ I pulled is good, but nowadays I feel like every champ with a certain mechanic is mentioned, like spirit host, also grand oak wasn't even in this video. No hate at all, after watching some raid RUclips for some time, I already know what most of the good champions do and most of the time, you just mention what they do.
Sure, lists are always subjective, but I don't see value in listening to skills from alot of champions I won't ever get.
I'd love to see some more in depth video, like team building, how to switch up teams, when to swap out champions and so on. And what I don't need is a video that tells me that debuffs are important for waves or which buffs do you need, but why and when and how are certain champions useful.
I know these videos take way longer to make, but I think they would be useful til the end of time. Those tierlists are only useful for a certain amount of times because they introduce new champs every month.
