Finally, after 4 years of hard work, blood and sweat, I have FINISHED one of my animation projects.
This could have been done a lot sooner but other responsabilities kept getting in the way. So this last month I decided to go full throttle and spend hours and hours every day to finish this!

@@dentedcavedood6858 They do both. The first time it's Family Guy death pose, then when the camera pans away and cuts back to them, it shows Frisk in the the Yamcha death pose.

I always come back to see this comment and smile. I’m often anxious when voicing Toriel and think I’m not doing it right. So my spirit soars to the moon when i can actually make people happy with my voice ❤❤
I love how muscular and unhinged she is lol, but she's also a lot sadder. Just generally more intense, this captured Toriel's energy (from her like 10 minutes of game time) pretty well considering it's so different to how people usually portray her (as sad about what she's lost but composed about it). She swor... no I dreamed it.
Unfortunately I was expecting the usual interpretation of her with the title, but my brain wouldn't let me move on until I watched and confirmed it, I'm glad this captured her pretty well

@@Marquisluvsgoth She is a boss monster after all. She may even be stronger than she is in-game due to how she doesn't want to fight Frisk, something that results in more damage being dealt to enemies

In the sense like... you could physically look weel but still be very strong, cuz the whole thing with Monsters is that their forms are a projection of their soul
Every single frame is SO SO GOOD and you drew Toriel wonderfully from start to finish.
I was really worried that this would be a genocide route ending, but I'm glad to see that Toriel had a successful adoption!

Good lord, this is absolutely incredible. Took four years of hard work to get this made, and it definitely shows, with how beautifully animated this is, and the lovely singing, and the bit around 2:30 where she stops singing to talk about how sad and lonely she is was both hilarious and heart-wrenching.
I don't believe anything can be "perfect", but this video is pretty close to it. Superb.
The detail of Chara in in the background in that part is also so neat!
I'm just super impressed that you took the time and dedication to put four years into this project. Normally artists and/or animators would set short term goals or drop a project after a while (and I fall into that category unfortunately). So kudos to you and your patrons for sticking to your passion and making a seamless animation!

Wow, this feels like I'm experiencing the early days of Undertale, even when I wasn't part of the fandom then. As someone who's trying to get her life toghether and stop procrastinating, you should be proud of this. It's genuinely very sweet and cool!

I love how Toriel stops singing mid-song to talk about how sad she is and ends up swearing, only to immediately apologize.
This reminds me of when the fandom started to kick off with insane talent from fans all across. Despite how goofy it is I love it so much, I will always miss fandoms from 2016-2019 honestly
THIS IS AWESOME!!! I can't even begin to imagine how much love and effort was put into this!! The animation is phenomenal, the song is hilarious, fun and clever, and the way this actually shows the events of meeting and leaving Toriel from the game is great. SUPERB!!! 💞💞💞💞💞

this is hilarious and so well animated and i’m not surprised it took 4 years because god damn it needed that long to turn out so good! the voicing and animation is impeccable and it’s so funny yet so sad at the same time?? it does an amazing job portraying toriels struggles as she’s trying to keep it together despite the situation she’s in. and that tiny glimpse of chara or asriel sitting on the golden flowers was crazy. i also really loved the fight sequence, it feels like i got to watch the fight from her perspective for the first time and it was done so well, even though it was supposed to be comical the fire was animated beautifully and the whole scene was just so cool

I love the reference from 2:05 - 2:13 of the events of phone calls she gives you when you wait in the section she leaves you in, and than at 2:42 with Chara this is genuinely an amazing animation with very great work put into it, I love the little details
Every note of this animation and song is absolute perfection, but above all, my favorite detail about the whole thing is that Toriel was given actual goat eyes, with sideways pupils. That's friggin' awesome attention to detail, and I love it.
The animation is amazing, the personality and charm are vivid. I love these visualizations of in-game stuff and this brought me back to glory days just after the game came out. The only problem is that Toriel's voice conveys her heartbreak so devastatingly well!

I know this is a funny parody, but it really makes me emotional to see Toriel hunched over the patch of golden flowers alone, Toriel going bonkers over having a child to take care of at last and Toriel ugly-crying over Frisk leaving. Goat mum is the best :)

Very under-rated nice to see more people show off their work these days, the video even reminds me of the days when Undertale videos first started coming out, a much simpler time just people enjoying the characters and the writing of the game

Dang dude, I don't know what I would have expected but this is seriously good. The singing has just that right mixture of awkwardness, and gradual emotional downturn, it is absolutely wonderful.

Yeah - it's canon. If you call Toriel while the dog is in your inventory at a certain point in the game, you'll get a notification that your inventory is vibrating.

I think if remember correctly if you wait long enough in the ruins you get a call from toriel at some point where the dog steals her phone
It’s kinda sad tbh, having set a child who you basically tried to protect and let go off to be free and never see them again and only hope they can make it, unless she’d go out of the ruins herself

I really enjoyed this video and it captured her perfectly. I did find it funny that is seemed Toriel was going to throw the Annoying Dog but ended up throwing the microphone instead.

OK, wow. All the tiny details strewn throughout every movement and facial expression. You did not cut any corners animating this.
Also, the combination of a stuffy voice, an impromptu karaoke vibe, and a crazy-panicky tone are a great fit for Toriel.

As someone who has drifted far away from this fandom a while ago and was curious about this, I have watched this video for 1 minute and 2 seconds and loved it immediately. The humor added through the animation tugs at the soft spots in my heart that the song just could not budge.
Unironically this is already a contender for the best animation to be uploaded this year, absolutely astonishing work

The reference to Toriel glaring at a Froggit plus the annoying dog eating her phone and napping was a neat detail! (You can even see it ringing during the credits!!!!!!!)

I love how frisk was pretty much emoting on Torial the whole time, and litterly around the end.
toriel seeing a random child fall into the underground and immediately adopting them and getting attached way to quickly is shown so well in this in such a hilarious way.
