How many minutes or hrs does the fertilizer last?

This depends on the system size and cap setting. We have a gallons to empty chart for every model.
The mainline systems, which are depicted in this video, are designed to last approximately 4 to 8 weeks between refills.

The way you cut the line will it fertile both zones?

it will fertilize anything after the point of connection. you can isolate one zone by installing the connection right next to a single valve (zone), or after the valve. We recommend installing the connection on the mainline, so that it will fertilize every zone.
