My tour was through the shore excursion desk. I know there are lots of taxis and people ready to help you find something after you arrive in Raiatea! It’s a tender in, not a long drive. I enjoyed my excursion, our guide was quite deep! Viator May have something if the ship is booked! Have a great time! Beautiful place.
