I wish I had a way or a word for the thing I want to manifest which is just me one year from now being happy, joyous & free and having a stronger connection with my higher power/self. So I just imagined a smiling version of me with nicer hair like I am that “IT GIRL” who always looks like she has her life together. I came across this Chanel towards the end of March 2023, and I have never been this better since then..I am able to fall asleep at night something I have been struggling with in the past years due to Anxiety and severe depression I was diagnosed with.Now listen I got attached with MK’s meditations since then.. Did this meditation last night 8.8.2024. Woke up to a message from a studio owner in MX that wants to book not 1, but 2 weekend events 2025. Got a call from two former coworkers that booked for tomorrow’s class. Another client cancelled her boot camp class to attend tomorrow’s class.
i coughed so much after finishing this meditation for the first time. my throat chakra is really blocked. i will be back everyday, i hope to achieve great results. will update this comment.

I believe Mary Kate says that is the universe removing some things in order to bring in new things.

Good morning. This is Day 2 of listening to this meditation and I must say, I’m loving it!! I made a promise to myself to take care of me first and find a way to release myself of the trauma of my past. This meditation is what I was drawn to. Unfortunately, I was not taught these things growing up and I’m truly grateful for learning about the power of meditation and chakra alignment as an adult. It’s never too late to learn something new. this experience felt psychedelic. i felt as if the energy i gathered came from a higher being. heavy energy weighing me down that previously seemed to manifest physically within my sinuses vanished.
