Javed Ahmed Ghamidi is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, a Quran scholar, and an educationist. Mr. Ghamidi is a student of Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi and Maulana Abul A’la Maududi. Mr. Ghamidi has authored several books, including the bestseller ‘Meezan’, in which he presents a comprehensive treatise on the entire content of Islam. Mr. Ghamidi is a researcher and a critical thinker who has challenged many aspects of the traditional Muslim schools of thought on the basis of evidence from Quran and Sunnah.

Mr. Ghamidi states that Allah Talah has created this world not on the basis of "Adlo insaf" but on 'Azmaish/Trial." - as such the strict enforcement of Sharia is in direct conflict with the "Rule of Test & Trial" and would only result in producing more atheist as it takes away the choice factor. Man in the absence of choice tends to become rebellious.
Duniya is Based on Test and Humans are given authority to Make laws to Maintain Peace and Justice and make Laws to and Akhirat is Based Justice and there Allah himself is Authority. And we see here Thousands of people crying for justice and And killer and Rapists are enjoying their life. So please just a little bit of what u r going to say.
Awais Javed :"Law in the absence of enforcement has no power". but a good person follows the law in the absence of enforcement. If one follow the law because of the fear od Sharia - he does not love God. God wants a person to change within and the formula to change is given in the Quran in verse 57.27:
God placed in the hearts of those who followed Jesus compassion & mercy.
Once a person's heart is filled with God's compassion and mercy he spontaneously does acts the please God and not because of Laws.

+Faheem Ahmad Jitni bhi zubanen seekh li jaen, apnani to aik he zuban hai na-- yani apni qaumi zuban; jis main apni aaraa (opinions) ko munazzam (organized) kar k pesh kiya ja sakay. Punjabi inki ilaqai zuban hai aur ye asal mazhabi or scientific tehqeeqat Arabic or English wghera main (bhi) karte hain, phir is k baad Urdu main shaeri or gaano waghera ki madad say likhte or bolte hain. Jahan tak main inhe samjha hoon. Inki tehreeron main Meezan ko numayan maqam hasil hai jiska English tarjma apko inki website (neche dekhen) say mil sakti hai. Al-bayan naam say inka Quran-e-majeed ka tarjma or tafseer bhi kharidne say talluq rakhta hai. JazakAllah!

i think you dont know Ghaamdi , he is an Alim of Arabic Grammar , read his Books. And english is not compulsory to understand Quran and Sunnah. English is important for you so u can do Job for English people. He speaks urdu because his mother language is Urdu. and he is Proud to be a Urdu speaker. So plz Shut upp
