great rendition! been watching some of your old videos to try and learn famitracker (writing an old-school style shooter in multimedia fusion 2 and I was trying to find a way to add some good 8-bit style music to it so I checked out famitracker) that's when I came across this. Splatoon has been one of my favorite games as of late, so fantastic job!

(Song Suggestion and Spoilers about SPLATOON) In the Single Player mode, if you get the 23rd or 24th Secret Scroll, there's sheet music for the song "Squid Sisters", and it's an addicting song from the final boss fight. I would LOVE to hear that retro! Keep up the great work, Dan!!

Go to KnowYourMeme and look at all the thumbnails saying "NSFW CLICK TO VIEW' Now I've played the game at my friends house who said "IT'S SO ADDICTING!" but when I played it, it was... ok. It wasn't horrible it was just "meh". Compared to all the other games where you do headshots, deathmatch, in this game it's just asians painting walls. Doesn't deserve all the attention IMO

First off, HOW DID you Get it voices in? It's 8-bit.. This boggles me,a nd makes my head explode.
It's basically how Action 52 got that "Make your selection now" voice clip... actually the entirety of that intro music in, wasn't it?
Alun Buss action 52 uses raw PCM which takes up more space but has better sound quality, but yes it's roughly the same thing as I did here.
