Flash cannon does really need a small damage buff, so it can actually 1 shot fairy types. That would make it more viable.

@@jermi1181 not really, focus blast does more damage per energy even though Reigsteel get STAB on FC, adding an extra 5-10 damage won't change too much.
Zacian doesn't even one shot anything with CC or WC tho except Excadrill

You do well with dragonite, metagross, and garchomp. Try those, i have gained 200 points with this team ❤️

Henry, what do you think of Hyper Beam Meloetta as a surprise nuke option in MLC? I have a 15/15/14 one that I am considering dumping all of my rare candy and stardust into, and I was wondering: do you think it would be worth the investment-with or without hyper beam?

It's a cool pick! I've heard of people having a ton of success with meloetta, mine was just awful ivs. Since yours is awesome ivs, I'd say go for it! :)
12:19 I think they went for the rock slide because in the main games hydreigon is not affected by ground type moves because of the ability levitate
Yes, but at those ranks, people see the typings, not the mon. Both moves would have done enough damage so it doesn't matter.

That first battle I actually love to farm up to almost the Brutal Swing and hope to catch the Play Rough/ Close Combat on my Metagross. That way later on I can come back in and threaten with the Flash Cannon

flongoful here (7:25) - the frustrating thing is that i knew metagross was going to try and snipe which is why i saved the lando (i also had energy and i wanted to try and snipe either the metagross or the steel type i predicted in the back since metagross is often part of double steel lines) but i was tapping just above the swap icon and threw a snarl Dx I was anticipating either farming the meta down with snarls or building up to play rough + 1 snarl against the hydrei if i had successfully wasted the meta's energy (otherwise i would have lost)
in hindsight, switchlocking lugia was a bit too aggressive but i wasnt sure how the hydreigon/lugia matchup was and thought db + dp + 1 mm would have taken down the lugia which might put me in trouble if they were running something like a flash cannon melmetal in back
anyway, its annoying i didnt hit the switch icon :L

Tbh I liked the play of saving Lando, was just tough that you couldn't swap.

I wanted to try out Lugia for that aeroblast damage so I adapted one of thotechnical's (I think?) teams of zacian dialga lando - it's definitely a star, the stone edge chunks v nicely but can struggle a bit in neutral/even shield matchups as it rarely threatens the ko and can end up being outpaced - eg M2, yveltal, Gira (was also melted by a wild ice fang zamazenta which wasn't ideal) - ofc the benefits of superpower against melmetal, excadrill and dialga as well as handling zacian decently and chunking most things makes it worth - hopefully you'll get another shot at the hundo next time it comes out (shundo maybe o.o) - thanks for complementing my play tho! I've ended up in a few of these spotlight videos (though yet to be shown winning lol) - I've hit legend/rank 10 every season but typically use whatever i find fun and sweat in the last few leagues

Built myself a shiny 98% lvl 50 hydreigon after the com day. Looking forward to trying it open masters (I have very few open master mons), I probably should have built something else, but it just looked to cool

Honestly I wish we were having the same experience as Season 9 in GBL.The current GBL rewards are trash and legendary rates are too nerfed. Niantic doesnt fix the lag,visual glitches.Atleast providing better rewards and current Tier 5 pokemon helps the gameplay and motivation for GBL players. Please raise your voice against this injustice to our GBL community like we did when pokestop interaction radius was nerfed to normal.

My wife got a shiny during pogo fest and she doesn’t care about shinies. We waited until we became lucky friends and traded! It’s my first and only 4* lucky pokemon after 150ish lucky trades
