Advice in video is only good if intruder is outside. If intruder is inside: Stay quiet. Call cops. Tell them you are in danger and to send help right away. If you can get away, then get the hell outta there. Only use gun or self defense weapon if its the last resort.
On average it takes 15 minutes for the police to arrive after a 911 call. Personally I don’t want to put myself in jeopardy for 15 minutes or maybe longer for help to arrive. People you need to be proactive not depend on help arriving on time. I am not going to bet my life on someone showing up. That’s why I believe in the Second amendment all the way!

I have a 6 ft fence they got over and they walked undetected to my house. They broke the window right where the lock was and let themselves in. I turned from front door in total darkness to hear my door at end of hall being kicked in. I asked if it was Rob my son and a voice said no. I started screaming and cussing and another guy reached his head in above shorter guy and shined a flashlight on me. He said they were cops. I screamed more and they went back out the window. I had a break in Saturday night. We got home from the concert to find our window broken and pushed open, screen kicked inside and some belongings missing. I did make the police report and they're going to try finding our stuff. We don't know who it was but we do know it was a random robbery. Everything was locked and safe. They ransacked everything and made our house a mess. They stole our big 55 inch tv that was mounted and my jewelry as well as the whole box. We live in an apartment and my sons room is before the front door so it was his window they broke into.

The big house on my block was about to get robbed but the windows were closed so they couldn't do it successfully but they left evidence(a slipper). It's raining almost every night so I don't know how the hell they do it. They made a successful robbery at phase 2 far from our home because their balcony door was open, but they tried to rob a house near ours, I'm so scared..

I thought i locked all the doors but the sliding doors and the garage screen door is sometimes unlocked can people access a house easily through those methods? If intruder is inside:
Stay quiet. Call cops. Tell them you are in danger and to send help right away. If you can get away, then get the hell outta there. Only use gun or self defense weapon if its the last resort.
On average it takes 15 minutes for the police to arrive after a 911 call. Personally I don’t want to put myself in jeopardy for 15 minutes or maybe longer for help to arrive. People you need to be proactive not depend on help arriving on time. I am not going to bet my life on someone showing up. That’s why I believe in the Second amendment all the way!

I have a 6 ft fence they got over and they walked undetected to my house. They broke the window right where the lock was and let themselves in. I turned from front door in total darkness to hear my door at end of hall being kicked in. I asked if it was Rob my son and a voice said no. I started screaming and cussing and another guy reached his head in above shorter guy and shined a flashlight on me. He said they were cops. I screamed more and they went back out the window. I was frozen in place staring though the open hall door to the open window of my den. Horrible night! Scream bloody murder. It works. I haven't slept well since September 7th 2019.

I had a break in Saturday night. We got home from the concert to find our window broken and pushed open, screen kicked inside and some belongings missing. I did make the police report and they're going to try finding our stuff. We don't know who it was but we do know it was a random robbery. Everything was locked and safe. They ransacked everything and made our house a mess. They stole our big 55 inch tv that was mounted and my jewelry as well as the whole box. We live in an apartment and my sons room is before the front door so it was his window they broke into.

Just a few days ago, I was home alone while my mom and dad were at work. My brother is in college, so I was completely by myself. About 2 hours after my mom left, I heard a scratching at the window screen. My heart froze and I stood still. I waited to see if anything else was going to happen, seeing if it was maybe the wind. Suddenly, the door started jerking, the handle moving up and down. I quickly ran upstairs into my parent’s room, getting ready to dial my mom or 911. I didn’t know what to do, I was in panic. I legit thought that I was going to die. A few seconds of getting upstairs, I heard the door burst open and hearing running footsteps on the wood floors. Then, I heard someone say my name. IT WAS MY MOM. I was sooooo mad at her and she felt bad that she scared me so bad. She was fooling around with me. Anyway, I hope I never actually experience a break in!

If you ever have a burglar then first call the cops. Then lock yourself in a room and keep silent. Whisper to the cops if they are talking to you. If the burglars find you and ask for things then you must give them what they want. Your life is more important than your phone or money.
