@@pasupasu You should try "Symphony of War" by Magic Kingdom, or "Holy Light" by Stratovarius if you like neoclassical stuff. Though Sonata and Stratovarius are probably my favorite power bands

@@sathanas420 dunno if this is what OP meant, but the vocals are a bit rougher and more traditional heavy metal on this song compared to typical power metal (and SA's other songs).

This was peak Sonata Arctica.
My opinion is that this is their best song they ever did. But Sonata Arctica have a few really great songs. This one is a signature sound that you know where it came from if you ever hear it again.

Accidentally downloaded this Tune YEARS ago on Bearshare while searching and got this EPIC instead. Who would have known that before hearing this Song, I would turn into a HUGE Sonata Arctica, and Power metal in general Fan? It sure knocked ME for a damned loop, i'll tell Ya that for certain! Its a shame that more People's ears, especially here in the States haven't heard of, nor listened to any of Arctica's Music.

Dude, ive felt like that the whole goddamn time ive been a fan of Sonata. Noone here has ever heard of em or anything, and it sucks. They're personally my fav band of all time, and man, its always a treat to know that people can know them too.

Instead of "Entreaty", I used to always hear "Lend me your hand." It gave me a different picture in my head that gave the song a really deep meaning. I still try to hear "Lend me your hand" instead of "Entreaty" just because of that.

They generally don't play this live. It's not on their last live DVD and it won't be on their next live DVD coming out in September. But there is a professionally shot video of them playing it in Japan.
