Pre booked excursions can work expensive. There are boats that operate from Carlisle Beach, and they walk the beach asking for business. We were at Pirates Cove, just down from Boatyard, and the boat left from by Pirate Cove. Glass bottom boat went to two shipwrecks and to the spot to swim with turtles. Hour and a half trip. §20. Husband classed it as excellent!

What time of year was it when this was filmed? Thinking of going to barbados next year and would prefer to go when the water's clear

For the most part except after high surge or heavy rain, the water is clear all year, especially in this area.
