The police that marched thru the box were on a mission. They are not there to have their photo taken. Stpp with the politeness that don't work. Guards have a job to do and it may include yelling. and sending the horse into action.

They have n9 actual powers on the public street but clearing the way for the horses to come and go is within their remit.
