It's such obvious propaganda. The second the cutesy Vox music starts up I know it's a bunch of BS. They never go into true detail when they display "facts". They merely mention the headline. This is why the media purposefully writes headlines that are the opposite of the actual content. So organizations like this can use those headlines to push lies.
Sad thing is that it's not satire. I would also say that Vox is even worse than BuzzFeed. I know that seems impossible, but I really think they are.

As an AC repair man, the issue isn’t that AC is too low, it’s that it can only heat or cool an office to one temp and if you set it at 70* half the women will be come and the other half will be hot. The reason it ends up cooler is it’s easier to have the cold lady wear a sweater than the warm lady to take another layer off, especially because it’s usually the old chubby receptionist who you don’t want to take layers off who is warm.

Some drugs are more effective on women. Like birth control pills.

This is actually inaccurate. Birth control pills contain progesterone and estrogen, they work by attempting to maintain constant normal levels of sex hormones, such as estrogen, in the body. Where as a normal hormonal cycle would lead to fluctuation in levels of hormones in the body, thus what allows for normal menstruation. If a man took birth control on a regular basis, as women do, it would lead to enlarged breasts, a reduction in facial hair and sex drive, and possible reduction in size of testicles. Now, obviously it doesn’t have the same final effect in men as it does in women, which is preventing pregnancy, but this is only because men do not have the same biological reproductive system to obtain pregnancy. However, the way in which birth control works in women is the same as it does in men, on the cellular and chemical level.
Now I would like to state that I agree with the views of this video and do believe in the biological differences between men and women.

Ambien is a hypnotic. A person could take one ambien with a desire to go to sleep, and instead end up having taken three, gotten a drink, and then drove around, all while not being aware they were doing it at the time, nor remembering what they did later. It just about completely removes your conscious awareness, and puts your body on auto-pilot. "You" have absolutely no control over your actions. The only way to avoid it is to not take it in the first place. It's the worst drug in existence in my opinion, and I speak from personal experience as a veteran drug user.
Doctors label it a "harmless sleep aid", when in reality it's one of the most powerful hypnotics known to man. Like I said, a person could be taking it exactly as directed and end up doing all the wild shit mentioned in the articles, while having even less control than when drunk, and remembering none of it the next day. I really can't stress that enough, it takes away your personhood. It's what I imagine being a bird is like, no consciousness, no self, just a machine reacting to its environment. And it's not even really their fault for taking it in the first place. It has to be prescribed by a doctor, and they sell it as just a normal sleeping pill. How many people assume they can trust their doctor, that they can trust that their doctor isn't going to give them one of the most dangerous drugs to exist, even when taken in prescribed doses?

I love how women cry about air conditioning in offices/stores/restaurants/movie theaters. You can put on more clothes. I can't strip down to my underwear. Conversation over.
@Ashley Buchanan Because coming into the cold on a hot day is a relief to a lot of people. As I said, we can't strip to our underwear or rip our skin off to cool down. Warming up is much easier than cooling down. I can do 30 jumping jacks and I'm warm, or just fast walk to my destination. If I go for a long walk or a jog, even on a cold day it takes me a long time to cool back down. Also, being cold has no "penalty" being too hot is awful, I don't want to get too gross but as a fact of life is your crotch or ass sweats even a little it can't really vent (again, I'm not wearing a skirt as a man) and its uncomfortable. In close quarters like an airplane, there is always one of "that person" who doesn't think they need deodorant, so keeping the airport/plane cool and having the woman in a skirt being a little cold so that the fat hairy guy isn't stinking up the place is in everyone's interest. Also, you CAN carry a sweater, or just dress more warmly. I can not carry a large fan around... come on. By that logic, a person who gets cold can carry a little heater, or a plug in heat pad, right? I think carrying a sweater is a little easier than carrying a fan around.
At the end of the day, if you have to choose something like hot or cold, you have to make the most fair choice, and its simply a fact that it's easier to get warm than to cool yourself, thus if one side has to "suffer" it should be the people who get cold easily.

There should be a middle ground for this issue in offices, not too hot or too cold. I've been in both situations and you cannot please everyone. One day you're boiling hot while someone is wearing a thick coat, and some days it's so cold so when you step outside and the difference in temp makes you dizzy.
Women also generally don't dress appropriately and show more skin than men, thus being colder.

I don't understand why women complain about being exempt from the draft, isn't that a privilege!
I completely disagree with women being in military units my reasons are as follows:
1) They have to drastically waterdown the entry requirements for women to even qualify.
2) Women suffer much more from PTSD and they are more prone to getting it.
3) Men in the same combat units lose cohesion and morale when a woman is introduced because she starts fucking one of them and it can cause issues with the others. Also, men will think irrationally if a woman is in trouble, theyll try saving them rather than thinking rationally.

Let's be straight on one thing right now. As a former Marine I happen to know that ALL military equipment, especially helmets are ill fitting for men and women. I hated wearing my helmet, as it NEVER fit properly and always slid down, covering my eyes. ESPECIALLY while I was trying to shoot and with a flack jacket, forget about it.
One time I had to watch a Vox video for school. I pointed out how flawed the argument was (and this was in a rhetoric class). The teacher told me something like, "Your concerns are well-received," and moved on. This was before I knew how left the outlet was. Now I look back at that gender studies-degreed instructor and wonder if I was naive to just think it was an odd response, or cynical because now it seems like maybe she thought I was conservative and she was dodging. All I knew from my prior Vox experiences was that they BS their technical information and fudge a connection to a Facebook-trendy topic.

Hi! 23 year old woman here, in my humble opinion, I dont think women should be allowed to be officers, military, or firefighters. Not only is it important that a child has their mom, but I don't particularly feel safe having a woman my size (5'2 and a hefty 173) dragging someone the size of my husband (5'11 and 176) out of a burning building or sending a woman of that size to arrest a 6' 200 lb male. Men have spent billions of years protecting women. Women of my age should appreciate that instead of trying to push this poorly structured narrative.

There is an inherent problem with Ambien itself. My wife's grand mother takes it, and proceeds to BLACKOUT and do things like DRIVE TO THE GAS STATION and she also likes to PICK FIGHTS WITH HER HUSBAND that she never remembers. One day she bought a snickers bar. We were over at her house late dropping something off, when she comes out of her bedroom. She eats the snickers bar while talking to us, then we leave. The next day she accuses her husband of eating her snickers bar when he 'knew that i wanted to have that in the morning'. They literally fought over it for a whole week with him of course denying ever eating it, then when we heard all this we told her that she had eaten it. We realized later that she was so addicted to Ambien that she had a panic attack and then a stroke following us trying to get the doctor to ween her off of them.
It's a dangerous drug and the potential side effects are monstrous.
PS men are affected in the exact same way.

Let's not forget that Ambien is known for causing aggressive, ambulatory behavior (even driving cars) while asleep, particularly in MEN. I knew the head pharmacist for the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania 15 years ago- he pulled it from the hospital for that very reason. Definitely not designed for men.

Weird how men and women are exactly the same until they aren't
So how do we separate them? We can't exclude trans people from sports or studies but it's been proven time and time again trans people skew results whether it be now somebody comes 3rd when they would've won or if a drug has weird effects when exposed to "men" but not other men. The people saying that theirs no biological difference between men and women are now complaining that companies aren't taking into consideration the differences between men and women when making products like drugs. It's cherry picking to the max. It's not ok to have gender different shaving products, toys, bathrooms or shampoo/conditioner/deodorant but it IS ok to have gender different drugs? Where's the line? What if somebody complains a company isn't making drugs specifically for biracial transgender 50 year olds that identify as children? The problem is drugs need to be tested on a basic group of people that are all pretty much the same so scientists can get an understanding on what effects the drugs cause. You can't have transgender drug testers testing for a certain group besides transgenders cause they could all be using different types of drugs in different amounts with different ingredients for different reasons. They will never find out what a drug is doing if nobody shares the same symptoms and with that big of a variable at best it'll take them far longer to find the root cause.

With the shorter legs they often sit too close to the steering wheel which affects the airbag statistics. With standard cars it's not possible to overcome this issue. Needs adjustable pedals. It has a reason why there are height requirements even for seat belts. On the other side the spread is immense. There is definitely a gap, but it is not easy to cover it all.
