Ladies on another video she apply the hairspray to the bottom of her feet let it dry and then put on the shoes I’m sure both ways are good she also said so you don’t get a very sticky heavy residue left in the shoe wash the shoe with a little soap and water after every time you’ve done this sort to again to avoid build up

I heard it's best to spray the bottoms of ur feet instead of shoe so this way you don't ruin your beautiful shoes ladies and then wipe it down at the end of the night so they don't get gunky from hair spray. ❤

I experimented with this method a while ago and it works....I sprayed the insoles left to dry...

Tried it it fo work but use the strongest hair spray Aldo I used deodorant roll on on my feet then sprayed my feet and inside of shoes....and it really stopped my feet sliding forward

I had plan on wearing them for my bday Monday but i haven't bought a heel in so long, i forgot i should've went 1 size up. You’d have to wash the suede each night with soap and water to get the hairspray out. I’d be afraid to hairspray suede tho

I tried this today with the Tresemme 5 hold hairspray and my feet stayed in place for max five minutes. This doesn’t work
Have you tried a different brand of hairspray?

This is a lifesaver 🙏🏼 would this also help with socks in heels? I have a pair of sheer socks that go perfect with open toe sandals but the sock material makes it even more slippery 😩
It doesn’t work with socks or tights. Only bare feet

I tried this once for a concert, my Feet started to slip immediately. However, I didn't let it dry first. I just sprayed and put my foot in. Lol well I'm going to try it again tonight but I'll wait like a minute or so. Let's see what happens. Wish me luck!

Genavive Apeadu this night, it actually did work. I think it depends on the material inside the shoe. I also tried it again with a different shoe and it didn’t work again.

Yes!!! I normally use maxi pads cut in half but I'mma spray feet first then use the spray!!!.. y I'm doing the salsa while typing?
What if the heels are half a size too small but if I push my heels back they fit correctly but they're sliding so that my toes are coming off maybe this will help stick them back a bit

J. Joelle Yes, your feet will be sticky once you take the shoes off. I usually just wipe my feet with a baby wipe if I plan on walking bare foot after. lol

I have tried this trick so many times but my toes still hang over..
use got 2 glued hair spray you need something really strong enough to get your feet to mold to the shoe. I have very small feet and most of the shoes i buy in my 'size' doesnt even fit properly theres always space in the back or my toes hang forward from slipping [i live in humidity 90degrees] but when i sprayed my got 2 b glued hair spray in them SOLES! Baby girl they stuck so good when i took them off the sole was coming off too [the cheaper shoes of course] AND it made it EASIER to walk in the heels!!!! IT Legit feels like you Foot is Actually stuck in the heel!
