Hey Lovley. It’s different in each state. I would ask the police to make sure it’s not illegal first then maybe join a fb group. I hope that helps. You can go whenever you like but if your nervous, go when they close x

It doesn't seem to be very smart to get in a dumpster without proper shoes. Flip flops will not protect your feet from injury or disease. Fungal infections are horrible. The flip flops also come off so easily and then you're barefoot. Just concerned.

You’re completely right, it’s not safe nor would I ever advise anyone else to do it. This is a very old video just reposted 😊🥰
