This video was made almost 11 years ago. I want Mauritius to always be like 2008 Mauritius but unfortunately it's not. I went there for New Years and was very disgusted at how much the countries been ruined with garbage everywhere on the streets, dog shit everywhere, the beaches don't look that bright and nice anymore, the corals and fish population has gone down, over crowded everywhere on the streets. If they are to ever become like Singapore they must fix these flaws before the population becomes out of hand.
The original Amba La Bas sung by Claudio in the 1980s said "To mange mo salad amba amba" not "Salad amba la bas!" - And it was better than this new one anyway. Does anybody know where to get the original one from? I have it, but the sound is not good.
