I think a huge part of the George taking shit (not just in this episode, but a lot of other guests too) is due to the seating arrangement. 4 people on a pod is tough, Logan needs to sit alone as he's always going to get the guests attention, put George and Mike together. Good example of this done well is on Flagrant 2
After his monologue you could tell george wasnt there anymore he felt disrespected and felt it worse when bobby said a joke and logan and mike was laughing, he excluded himself to the point of where he was no longer in the conversation and couldnt fit in anymore which is why he left
Furthermore he distanced himself which made bobby turn away and face logan and mike which made it even harder for george to fit in and at that point he needed to leave
These comments are so cringey how sensitive do you have to be to get mad at a comedian joking with you ? He will never make it into comedy with this attitude
@@se4949 I was being sarcastic, his lack of awareness on a podcast as a comedian, amateur or not is kinda fascinating, I haven't researched George but I get only child vibes from him.
He was just paying attention making sure everyone was comfortable and could see that George was getting uncomfortable and could reason he got the wrong energy from there conversation and felt roasted I think George was just having an off day
I think the way Bobby was seated was part of the problem. He was angled towards Logan and Mike, and he practically had his back to George. It's hard to feel a part of a conversation when someone has their back to you, and they're focusing more on talking to the people in front of them.
I get george being upset but Bobby knows who these guys are, he knows George is a comedian, and basically heckled him harder than he would get out on stage. Needs to grow thicker skin. Bobby gave em a lesson without saying it was a lesson. That was my take from it.
Dude, George (for a comedian) shouldn't be this sensitive!! BL was great!! If there were two shows in the same street in Miami, on a holiday weekend, I'd go watch BL over GJ any day. I don't think BL was offensive at all, but for some reason Georgie looked like he was PMSing. Plus, @30:22 he had already so much pent up anger he was waiting to release. And if you notice GJ looked off rest other podcast with his fake laughs and acknowledgments. Sorry GJ, these are facts #NotHating
Yo the way Mike was trying to defend George but not mess up the vibe either shows Mike is a genuine guy and has his boys back. Another good trait to my youtube goat 🐐
I think what got to George is the seat setup, bobby just had his back against him the whole time and you can see george lean in halfway to try and be part of it but he got ignored most of the time
Yeah it might work a little better if they push the guest chair back just a little bit so they're looking at all three hosts, that might make camera angles a little bit harder but it would help the chemistry
When mike lobbed it to George that was great from mike. He’s such a good friend. Also when mike said George was fine when he wasnt, that a move from a real friend. He could tell if they all focused on George he was gonna get super emotional. Fucking W MIKE Edit: Im not a George Stan im just saying what happened unbiased
Yeah Mike was being a good friend and trying to take pressure off George. It's the worst when everyone in a room is staring at you asking if you're ok and you have to shittily play it off
@@rs1621 I feel like Logan is always very jovial with the guests, which I understand is just being polite, but he always puts his friends down while doing so in order to prevent the guest leaving if things get awkward. I feel like he needs to learn that it is okay to stick up for George.
@@lazerluke321 Unortunately the deal they have is george sits there takes shit, gives shit and gets paid, he offers nothing for the production and he is a 3rd wheel, He barely has to say anything in a episode as shown here and episode is still great, However much we like george 80% of the time he doesnt offer anything to this show. You need to seperate the love for george to what he actually brings to the show.
Mike was a true homie, and logan was kinda an asshole, i know logan was probably raised differently, and maybe was taught that feelings, or anxiety or depression are not real, not sure, but everyone is different and they handle things differently, love logan, maybe he just had other things on his mind, but thats your boy, you should have his back, touch it even, just like he touched yours earlier
@@HiLoMusiche was talking about being suicidal and they’re making jokes tf do you mean vibe killer if they don’t want him they never should’ve had him on the podcast in the first place instead of clowning and ignoring him
Bobby deals with trauma through brutal comedy and George deals with trauma through deep talks. That´s bound to end in hurt feelings either way! Kudos to Mike trying to support George.
A perfect example of how Bobby dealt with the same situation that he did on George is a video on RUclips called "Bobby Lee Childhood story". He gets into a vulnerable spot of his life and the hosts laugh at him and he switches it up with laughter back.
Unfortunately, Mike didn’t go far enough in protecting George, and neither did Logan. I’m just going to state the facts and tell me this isn’t sexual assault: Bobby shoved his penis in George’s face, forced him to smell, and grabbed his head. He didn’t have consent and forcefully told George to play along.
@@PK-le2ok You don’t gotta like George to admit the comment is true. A real friend will back his friend up even when everyone else is ripping on them and that’s what Mike was doing
First time I saw impaulsive, I hated Mike. But now I find him being my favorite part of the show. He's good to his friends and has a genuinely good heart
The super old night shift episodes before Mike dated Lana was the best Mike ever, he is the reason why I sometimes watch these podcasts, he's hilarious.
Being a comedian doesn’t give you a free pass to sexually harass anyone. Did nobody else see what happened at 1:19:31?? Completely unacceptable behavior!
Mike is great. He is always intelligent, and impressively articulate. Everything he says seems so well-crafted. These three guys together make this the best podcast.
Yea the seating isn’t conducive to every one feeling included, but even so, Bobby totally was turning towards George a good amount to try and include him.
I think the power dynamic in the room made it a little more fucked up. He was straight attacking george more because mike and logan are bigger than him physically and following wise. And its not georges role to shit on guests. Kinda seemed a little sad bobby should read the room better
Dude it kinda blows my mind how off the mark you are... I hope you wre a kid or at the very least a teenager because your assessment is so off. "It means your in" wtf are you talking about? He was treating George way differently then he was treating Logan and mike. He was being disrespectful and i love bobby but it was obvious that bobby felt sometype of way towards george. He literally had his back to him you eumbassss
The fact that Bobby came on to a podcast that has a reputation for being afraid of edgy comedy and he pushed these guys to the limit . He was so good 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@EWONoob Yeah I think some wires were crossed here. I don't watch this podcast but labelling it as being anti "edgy" or whatever term you wanna use is quite the opposite of what I have gathered. It is a very interesting mix, never thought id see Bobby on one of these.
@@barebasics I get where your coming from. But these situations are kinda different. The island boys are not comedians. There stupid as fuck. So the conversation was just about a bunch of random shit so George didn’t have an emotion contention to it. And George was making the same joke that Logan made and got a positive reaction from that. And George wasn’t trying to be rude when he said that to them. Bobby was trying to be as rude as possible to George. When George was talking about something that means a lot to him. And he was opening up about feeling incredible depressed and wanting to be suicidally. The more that I think about it George did over react but I have been in his position and I know what that feels like. But I understand why he would.
its's funny huh. he has such a format or strategy almost , that he used in these situations. He does it all the time is always kills. comes in with strangers, friends someone, hates on another. then goes crazy says some wild stuff and soon as they think thats the pace, he slows down and gets really intimate and honest. and of course will do the classic bobby, drop a bombshell with straight face and no one knows what to do . haha
@@mattduncan5500 yeah, it took me a long time of listening to bad friends to figure out Bobby actually knows EXACTLY what he’s doing. For awhile, I thought he was just good at thinking up weird funny shit. But he’s great at setting up jokes for himself and others

gaslighting your "less" famous friend into doing something or else he is boring, while not being willing to do it yourself is just so scummy, these kinds of people are not your friends
Im pretty sure George wasn’t angry because of bobby but because of logan saying he is completely clocked out, George was getting cut off every 2 seconds he tried to talk multiple times but the placement of his chair wasn’t helping and logan saying he is completely clocked out when george was clearly trying wasn’t helpful as well.

Mike was the man in this pod!! I would feel the same way if someone had their back turned the whole time to me but mike is honestly a good friend and person in general.
Bobby can't control the seating arrangement he faces the direction of the people making most the conversation, and Bobby turned to George and acknowledged him when he talked
Yeah it’s definitely Bobby’s fault that they seated the guest in the middle. Also you’d think after years of being in Logan’s entourage he’d be used to not being the center of attention…
Probably one of my favourite episodes, the first half the chemistry was great, second half poor George got a bit awkward but Bobby riffing on the guys honestly had me laughing start to finish. I feel bad for George as I understand what it's like to talk about deep issues that are personal and meaningful, but there is a time and a place for it and a convo with comedian that uses his trauma for brutal comedy isnt really the time or place to get upset over the conversation not staying on a personal heavy subject
The weed did that to george. If you smoke for a long time it alters your brain and makes you paranoid and weird when under pressure. I've been there! Especially when confronted with bobby who overcame his trauma with cocaine so he can't read people and does his direct aggressive type of humor to compensate for his insecure childhood and asshole father.
Bobby is always looking for one person to kind of pick on in any podcast he joins. Based on his own nervousness and sees if they can kinda keep pace with him.
George is trying to add to the convo where he can and after you get shut down so many times not just on this but other episodes recently and sat in bad position behind the guest, you can see he's upset and quite and then Logan pointing it out infront of everyone is what went wrong in my opinion.
Love you George ! You bring a lot to the pod man don’t worry a lot of us would’ve probably reacted the same way or worse. Love Bobby too! Can see how all that pressure can cause you to just step out. Always will stand with you❤

Bobby Lee’s comedy is brutal, he does NOT hold back, he has no filter, therefore if you wanna talk about something sensitive and emotional, he might not be the best person to talk to, specially because Bobby himself has childhood traumas and his way of dealing with it, is dark comedy.

Forreal. I’d be so fucking happy to have Bobby liften the mood after I got personal, like he does on BF or TB. Plus Bobby was trying to continue to discuss what he brought up after the joke, but George got triggered and started making joking jabs (but out of anger, not jest) so ofc Bobby is gonna continue to respond to that. @@SuperLio333 not everything is for your entertainment and some people have deeper questions that want answered, that being said George is a comedian! he is just a comedian with morals unlike Bobby
"You know the Beatles could've lost Ringo" .... is the best joke on this podcast 😂 Bobby hits the nail on the head tho when he says that George's attitude is unprofessional. He shouldn't make the guest feel weird and he shouldn't be taking 45 minutes from Bobby when Bobby is the guest. Bobby wasn't even going hard on George. He was going easy on him
Seriously. Bobby has had people laugh and make jokes when talking about getting molested when he was younger. He turns it into a comedic moment. George got told he talked too long and started sulking the rest of the podcast 😂
I really do feel for George, he was completely shut down every-time he spoke or he was ignored. Mike really showed this episode how good of a friend he is.
I feel bad too in a way, but when you are on a podcast with a comedian like Bobby Lee, you kind of need to be ready to turn everything into a roast-off. You can't have comedians on and not expect that. I mean, why did they have Bobby on, for a therapy session? Pretty embarrassing on George's part for him to walk off all sensitive, but maybe he's been going through something else behind the scenes.
George was checking out the prime bottle for about 20 minutes. He completely checked out and then got in his feelings and became vulnerable, in front of a comedian who literally said he is ruthless and doesn’t have a line. George needs to take this as a lesson in stand up comedy. Nothing is off limits.
I mean, I'm not saying Bobby is like a bad person or anything, but saying you're gonna be mean doesn't automatically mean everyone has to be ok with that lol
@@fuckles3830 everybody has moments like that when something that usually would not affect you just hits deep and makes you go into your shell. It was super clear that George just lost his whole confidence in that moment.
True. George is very sensitive for a "Comedian". He wouldn't last 5 minutes on the Joe Rogan podcast with other comedians. Comedians on the Joe Rogan podcast always roasting each other and have fun with it. If Joe Rogan saw this clip he would call George a poser "Comedian" and a pu$$y.
I think it’s something to do with where George sits on this specific set. It almost just looks like he is left out of the conversation circle. He is behind the guest the whole time almost. Bobby is turned towards mike and Logan. Eye contact, sitting face to face having a convo helps a lot. And I know that would mess with me mentally.
You can throw bobby on any pod and he brings the same energy everytime. Bobby and other comedians at that level have like a default. That when a conversation becomes too serious for too long its like a trigger to throw a wrench. But real talk, suicide ain't no joke, and much love George.
Bobby is literally alive right now due to being able to turn his trauma into laughs and jokes.. he's able to joke about being molested by a man with down syndrome when he was a kid, you really think he won't bring that same energy just because george decided to get in his feelings?
I love Logan but the fact that he couldn't understand why George walked is mindblowing lol. You could tell Mike got it the entire episode, knew he was uncomfortable, and kept doing things a good friend does to try and ease it. Whereas logan kept pointing him out and making it worse. Bobby was just being bobby. I think we all get that. but Logan dropped the ball here and caused the reaction IMO. It's not the end of the world, I think yall just need to be more mindful of this moving fwd. Plus, the seating arrangement blows and I can see why George feels a way. The guest's backs are always turned to him, and when he tries to bring value, it gets shut down. He's in a tough spot which Mike clearly understands and no one else seems to get it lol
@@SylasMoon lowkey I was too. And especially the smelling part. You could tell George really didn’t wanna do that. He kept his cool as long as he could. So I agree with George. When enough is enough. It’s enough

@@wrthhhles “that shit” being his depression and suicidal thoughts over the span of two years? Aight bet. I love comedian and everything but tbh Bobby Lee wasn’t the problem it was Logan in this. That also heavily shows in the recent podcast which is why he’s being cancelled again
To the ppl saying George can't take a joke, I don't think it's that he couldn't take the jokes because he was taking all the roasts just fine in the beginning. I think it was the fact that everyone was touching on open, honest, and vulnerable subject matter for a second and they were taking it seriously but as soon as he decided to chime in and went into his vulnerabilities (which involved him opening up about something as deep as suicidal thoughts for the first time out loud) it just got brushed off, ignored, and laughed at. After that it became apparent that he was hurt by that and probably regretted ever opening up and it's sad coz he might never really want to again. However, whilst I can understand why he was upset, I do agree that the way he reacted wasn't too professional but I don't knock him for it.
Idk bout you but if someone is making me smell there sack imma straight up push em off. As a man i look at George like a soft ass nigga rn and people might think he’s soft and venerable too shits wack
Exactly my thoughts! Long time watcher of the show and this is the first I've heard George talk about his past and get super vulnerable. Then to only be met with a joke and laughter definitely does not feel good. It feels like even though he's the 3rd co-host, he's not acknowledged enough. I feel for him
Not gonna lie, I love Mike whole heartedly more and more each episode. The way he had George’s back was amazing, and the way he explains it comes from love and understanding. Tbh I think Logan is what really caused him to storm off, with the constantly on his head. Was a little sensitive but I think anyone would get annoyed and frustrated.
This is what makes Bobby Lee and his podcast entertaining. The energy he brings causes shit to get chaotic emotionally, and sometimes it leaves people actually angry or hurt, but that's why we're so drawn in, cuz we don't see those real emotions on camera very often. Even here George was embarrassed and tried to cover up his hurt by saying he's "doing a bit". I think it's part of a broader point that it's ok to feel these ways and to express them when then come up. George reacted in a normal human way, and that's ok. I don't think he needs thicker skin. I think he and all of us can learn that it's ok to feel what we feel, without a need to hide.
He'll never be a comedian acting that way. Disrespectful to the guest. He wanted the podcast to be about him. Fuck outta here with that sensitive shit. That was his own ego flaring up.
That reaction was in no way normal...at all. Maybe if you're an emotional wreck and have no control over yourself. Dude spends 80% of his talking time preaching about Jesus and but is the one to act completely disrespectfully towards the guest. He should be taking notes from Bobby and thanking him for even making fun of George...
Dude got away from the succubus and shockingly he's not near as sad and depressed. (Hopefully we all know that someone seemingly happy could still be depressed but it was obvious he was depressed at a time)
Mike is a good guy and knows when to have a friends back. Everyone has their boundaries and we have to understand to not violate it. I understand why George did what he did. If he doesn’t feel comfortable in this environment then he has all the rights to walk away.
Bob's a legend. Cut his teeth on O&A. First appearance he walked off. Second time, he had Patrice howling. It was the first time he told the "Down's syndrome" story which just blew up on TikTok again but the TFATK version.
I think george always feels left out and has to do more to get an input in. maybe changing the seat arrangement so that the guest is on the left would make him feel more included in the conversations and be able to chime in more.
My message to George is - don’t expect much from the world ( 80% don’t care , 20% are glad u have problems). What is done is done but no one can hurt you unless you let them. Be strong. Stay unaffected!
I kinda felt that as soon as George said he was a christian and prayer, i knew IMMEDIATELY Bobby was gonna goof on him. As a long time listener of Tigerbelly and Bad Friends, bobby is not very fond of Christians (especially Khalyla) to the point where they like shit on christians and their beliefs.
George added NOTHING to this podcast. He interjects at random to say his painfully unfunny jokes and tried taking shots at Bobby throughout the pod. George seems so uncomfortable this whole episode because bobby runs circles around George comedically and physcologically has control over George. George’s best bet would have been to take Bobby’s shit like a good sport like Mike. Bobby is willing to alter his comedic levels for his audience and he does this with Logan and mike and has a great time. George’s downfall was even attempting to be the “funny guy” rather than accepting bobby is simply levels above him.
@@bobmax2775 i mean its not that deep. jokes dont have levels because they are way to opinion based. bobby doesn't care about anything. that's why he wins.

Dumbass, he wasn't speechless with bobby. He was speechless about the fact his own friends of which we know he actively wanted the approval from laughed at him, and every attempt he made to talk back was taken with a "cringe" outlook.
Cant really blame Bobby for how it ended, if George wants to be a great comedian, he would have to handle this level of joking abuse, especially coming from a person who is notorious about not giving a shit like Bobby Lee. Great episode with many laughs.

Mike was the only one that noticed it and tryed is best
Idk bout you but if someone is making me smell there sack imma straight up push em off. As a man i look at George like a soft ass nigga rn and people might think he’s soft and venerable too shits wack
Well read the room. If you sniff a guys dick as a joke being serious about suicide is out for the rest of the pod
18:58 minutes in and it’s no wonder George walked out 😂
This is what makes Bobby Lee and his podcast entertaining.
W
He'll never be a comedian acting that way. Disrespectful to the guest. He wanted the podcast to be about him. Fuck outta here with that sensitive shit. That was his own ego flaring up.
W
That reaction was in no way normal...at all. Maybe if you're an emotional wreck and have no control over yourself. Dude spends 80% of his talking time preaching about Jesus and but is the one to act completely disrespectfully towards the guest. He should be taking notes from Bobby and thanking him for even making fun of George...
wtf are u talking about
Y’all are definitely the greatest and George deserves his flowers for sure he’s got a good heart and you can tell you guys do as well
I've been a Bobby fan for a long time now and I haven't seen him bring energy like this in a while, love to see him happy. Killed it!
Dude got away from the succubus and shockingly he's not near as sad and depressed. (Hopefully we all know that someone seemingly happy could still be depressed but it was obvious he was depressed at a time)
SA is funny when its Bobby 🤣🤣🤣
Bobby lee changed the podcast forever💀
Mike is a good guy and knows when to have a friends back. Everyone has their boundaries and we have to understand to not violate it. I understand why George did what he did. If he doesn’t feel comfortable in this environment then he has all the rights to walk away.
A comedy podcast isnt a good place to have strict boundaries
@@tristenjensen6199 Difference is getting vulnerable then getting shit on for being vulnerable
It's not a podcast for George to vent every episode. He needs to be on the same page with the guest.
I've never laughed as much watching a podcast. Bobby Lee take a bow.
Hahaha semm
Fucking god bless bobby fucking lee…fuck!
Same
Bob's a legend.
Agreed
Boo fucking hoo cmon now he just needs thicker skin
The third host always has the most pressure or atleast that is what they’re doing to george
He just needs to stop being a puss. U have a comedian on, keep up with the flow or set back and don't pout about it. Dude needed to be humbled
Thats where he shoulf be though. Thats where he belong
My message to George is - don’t expect much from the world ( 80% don’t care , 20% are glad u have problems). What is done is done but no one can hurt you unless you let them. Be strong. Stay unaffected!
Damm Bro
Damm bro that's real

Bobby was a great guest and I loved how cut and dry he was. George did take an absolute blitzing though 😂.
@@dingusbro925 George tryna tell his whole life story when Bobby’s the guest like bro nobody give af lmao this not the George show
@@memo5230 on god and George gets butt hurt when ppl don’t feel bad for him and just change the topic

George was treating Bobby like he was a rookie and Bobby reminded him he is a true veteran.
Yep
How….? Bobby behaved like an a** hole throughout the podcast, this isn’t even about being a comedian or not. Yet you still glorify this Bobby man child
im wearing this vet wit a stick lil bitch but imnotaveteran
Beyond veteran Bobby use to get lit up on Opie and Anthony than came back viciously. Patrice was even riffing🤘🏼
They shouldn't have even been on the same playground tbh, George is a Christian after all.
Bro this is one of the podcasts I didn’t want to end 🤣
Me too bro mee too 😥
Logan is such a crap friend
He calls himself best friends with George but insults him constantly and then as soon as someone crap talks George Mike is the only person standing up for him. Honestly George needs new friends
He’s working bro lol they’re not friends
Can you wake up? They're business partners in the loosest sense -- George is the 3rd mic.
They tell you they're all friends so that you watch them instead of going out to see your own friends. These people are actors, they are salesmen in every action and reaction.
Yeah I know, but even in a work environment it isn't hard to respect each other lol, Logan had the audacity to blame George when the island boys walked off.
Dude was trying way too hard to fit in, friends roast each other all the time it’s normal.
George? Is that you?!?
dude that's just Bobby Lee. Imagine if they guests Joey Diaz, Bill Burr, Tony Hinchcliffe and a lot more. George would literally cry lol
Fr don't let him be there when Bill burr pulls up.

You dont need to go that far. Theo will do the work. He will roast the shit out of him.

He actually did. Ive seen him go so much harder.

The fact that George calls himself a "comedian" and can't handle light banter from Bobby Lee just proves that he isn't built for that lmao

Bobby hangs with other comedians, its obvious that George doesn't hang with other comedians. He was speechless with bobby
That's it. You can tell how many comedian friends George has from this.
@@Arthos1824 spot on judgement by Mike Cru himself

Dumbass, he wasn't speechless with bobby. He was speechless about the fact his own friends of which we know he actively wanted the approval from laughed at him, and every attempt he made to talk back was taken with a "cringe" outlook.
Cant really blame Bobby for how it ended, if George wants to be a great comedian, he would have to handle this level of joking abuse, especially coming from a person who is notorious about not giving a shit like Bobby Lee. Great episode with many laughs.
It happens even to some of the best comedians…. aka Bobby lee. He walked out on a live recording of the opie n Anthony show because they were coming at him with some jokes
@@davida5049 Bobby used to get bullied by those guys/most people in the scene, it wasn't just ball busting between comics, many comics have came out and said it was unfair how bobby was treated - with george he was throwing some light shade at geroge, george didnt have anything to say back and crumbled. i don't get it personally.
thats why he walked check @1:19:30 and you will see why

@@senna1995 I suggest you listen to the Opie and Anthony show where Bobby and Patrice O'neal were on. Patrice really was trying to give Bob genuine advise. He did also make fun of him, but the NY comedy scene has always been "tougher" than out west. Bobby did get absolutely blasted on that show, but he was still funny and clever. George will just have to do better next time, this was a wasted opportunity in my eyes
George isn’t Annoyed by Bobby he’s annoyed at the fact that whenever he tries to speak with guests they either seem to not care for him or he gets shut down by Logan and Mike or he doesn’t get involved at all
No no no you cannot put Mike under the bus here.. Mike has worked on himself and improved a ton! Mike rarely cuts anyone off now, sometimes he does it and stops and apologies.
Mike fully understood what and how George was feeling after his monologue and supported him till the end.
How can you speak for someone else 😂 You're not George
George needs to just be himself I feel like he tries too hard to be liked. He would be more likeable if he doesn't give AF like Logan and Mike instead of taking himself so seriously
