Watching this a year later after knowing the story is insane.
yeah watch how all the comments suddenly change now
Wait what happened after this?
Yeah haha. The rhetoric in last years comments definitely shows how a narrative can steer people.
can you explain ?!?
@@BandoRicc The reason why he left is because bobby lee sexually assaulted him and logan Paul cut it out of the podcast like the snake he is.
Being a comedian doesn’t give you a free pass to sexually harass anyone.
Did nobody else see what happened at 1:19:31?? Completely unacceptable behavior!
Imagine how much grabbing and touching was cut out of the podcast aswell
Exactly
After his monologue you could tell george wasnt there anymore he felt disrespected and felt it worse when bobby said a joke and logan and mike was laughing, he excluded himself to the point of where he was no longer in the conversation and couldnt fit in anymore which is why he left
Furthermore he distanced himself which made bobby turn away and face logan and mike which made it even harder for george to fit in and at that point he needed to leave
Yep i saw it click on his face and i sometimes feel that way with my best buddies it kind of hurt to see him like that. Go george
Absolutely agree you worded it perfectly
Imagine being a “comedian” and being so sensitive 😬
Dawg, Georgie was never there to begin with.
We know the uncut version is 100x worse
You can’t do a long personal monologue about your feelings in front of a ruthless comedian like Bobby, and not expect to get roasted lmaooooo 😂
Especially when you start going on a tangent about your own life when you have a guest and the whole point is to hear about them
George should have said "everyday for a summer"
@@timforbes6523 hes not that funny and would never put in enough research on a guest. , that wouldve been great
Right!!!?? Talk about being a wet-behind-the-ears noob!!! 🤦🏻♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣
So true
I get george being upset but Bobby knows who these guys are, he knows George is a comedian, and basically heckled him harder than he would get out on stage. Needs to grow thicker skin. Bobby gave em a lesson without saying it was a lesson. That was my take from it.
I still don’t know what George brings except for being corny asf
Bobby was a bit to aggressive..
@@MrAwEsOmE145770 he’s the worst thing to ever happen to impaulsive. I hate that he’s logan’s friend
George forgets he’s in a comedy podcast sometimes… maybe he should start his own more serious podcast.
Just lost all respect for George, I don't think he should come back, he's boring anyways.
Crazy that he doesn’t know why he walked off when he grabbed his junk 3 times
Bobby was being incredibly sexual the whole time. Kinda weird.
I think a huge part of the George taking shit (not just in this episode, but a lot of other guests too) is due to the seating arrangement. 4 people on a pod is tough, Logan needs to sit alone as he's always going to get the guests attention, put George and Mike together.
Good example of this done well is on Flagrant 2
This is a very good point! It does always seem that eventually the guests back ends up towards George just because of the seating arrangement
110% agree.
This is a great point and would hopefully stop George from feeling like a third wheel on the podcast
Totally agree.
The podcast is not about george
Bobby deals with trauma through brutal comedy and George deals with trauma through deep talks. That´s bound to end in hurt feelings either way! Kudos to Mike trying to support George.
A perfect example of how Bobby dealt with the same situation that he did on George is a video on RUclips called "Bobby Lee Childhood story". He gets into a vulnerable spot of his life and the hosts laugh at him and he switches it up with laughter back.
Factualactually
George can’t call himself a comedian if that’s his level of sensitivity
Unfortunately, Mike didn’t go far enough in protecting George, and neither did Logan.
I’m just going to state the facts and tell me this isn’t sexual assault: Bobby shoved his penis in George’s face, forced him to smell, and grabbed his head. He didn’t have consent and forcefully told George to play along.
@@ashyg bro anyone calls themselves a comedian these days
I think the way Bobby was seated was part of the problem. He was angled towards Logan and Mike, and he practically had his back to George. It's hard to feel a part of a conversation when someone has their back to you, and they're focusing more on talking to the people in front of them.

No but george wasnt insulting then. He was asking serious questions. This episode, Bobby was just rude.
@@barebasics I get where your coming from. But these situations are kinda different. The island boys are not comedians. There stupid as fuck. So the conversation was just about a bunch of random shit so George didn’t have an emotion contention to it. And George was making the same joke that Logan made and got a positive reaction from that. And George wasn’t trying to be rude when he said that to them. Bobby was trying to be as rude as possible to George. When George was talking about something that means a lot to him. And he was opening up about feeling incredible depressed and wanting to be suicidally. The more that I think about it George did over react but I have been in his position and I know what that feels like. But I understand why he would.
George was checking out the prime bottle for about 20 minutes. He completely checked out and then got in his feelings and became vulnerable, in front of a comedian who literally said he is ruthless and doesn’t have a line. Logan was at fault for this
To the ppl saying George can't take a joke, I don't think it's that he couldn't take the jokes because he was taking all the roasts just fine in the beginning. I think it was the fact that everyone was touching on open, honest, and vulnerable subject matter for a second and they were taking it seriously but as soon as he decided to chime in and went into his vulnerabilities (which involved him opening up about something as deep as suicidal thoughts for the first time out loud) it just got brushed off, ignored, and laughed at. After that it became apparent that he was hurt by that and probably regretted ever opening up and it's sad coz he might never really want to again. However, whilst I can understand why he was upset, I do agree that the way he reacted wasn't too professional but I don't knock him for it.

18:58 minutes in and it’s no wonder George walked out 😂
This was great, Bro!!! Get this man back on please Bobby is the man
George is trying to add to the convo where he can and after you get shut down so many times not just on this but other episodes recently and sat in bad position behind the guest, you can see he's upset and quite and then Logan pointing it out infront of everyone is what went wrong in my opinion.
❤
Love you George ! You bring a lot to the pod man don’t worry a lot of us would’ve probably reacted the same way or worse. Love Bobby too! Can see how all that pressure can cause you to just step out. Always will stand with you❤

There is levels to this. I know Bobby Lee went through waaaayyy more than what happened in this podcast. The big comedians live for the jokes, the professional ones understand it's just for laughs, the creative ones find a way to elevate it even higher. I guess some walk away.
@@GeorgeJanko brother get out of the comments. You don’t need these peoples opinions you’ve got your own and I agree 100% that you made the right decision
I think what got to George is the seat setup, bobby just had his back against him the whole time and you can see george lean in halfway to try and be part of it but he got ignored most of the time
Yeah it might work a little better if they push the guest chair back just a little bit so they're looking at all three hosts, that might make camera angles a little bit harder but it would help the chemistry

You can’t make it as the top cheeseburger reviewer without those traits
Mike is great. He is always intelligent, and impressively articulate. Everything he says seems so well-crafted. These three guys together make this the best podcast.
I think he's a dolt
He has a cheeseburger for a head.
Bobby had me laughing so hard, he kept y’all on your toes and straight roasted George 😂
They should have known he was going to bring the heat. Shout out to Mike for being a good friend and standing up for George!!
That’s just weak man😂 man up

George went on a long weird rant that had no entertainment value at all. Bobby pointed it out while making everyone laugh, he’s a comedian. George is not.
@@SuperLio333 not everything is for your entertainment and some people have deeper questions that want answered, that being said George is a comedian! he is just a comedian with morals unlike Bobby
@@I_am_noodleboy okay but he isn’t the star of the podcast right now Bobby is. George job is to be professional not a crybaby.
George isn’t Annoyed by Bobby he’s annoyed at the fact that whenever he tries to speak with guests they either seem to not care for him or he gets shut down by Logan and Mike or he doesn’t get involved at all
No no no you cannot put Mike under the bus here.. Mike has worked on himself and improved a ton! Mike rarely cuts anyone off now, sometimes he does it and stops and apologies.
Mike fully understood what and how George was feeling after his monologue and supported him till the end.
How can you speak for someone else 😂 You're not George
George needs to just be himself I feel like he tries too hard to be liked. He would be more likeable if he doesn't give AF like Logan and Mike instead of taking himself so seriously

Probably one of my favourite episodes, the first half the chemistry was great, second half poor George got a bit awkward but Bobby riffing on the guys honestly had me laughing start to finish. I feel bad for George as I understand what it's like to talk about deep issues that are personal and meaningful, but there is a time and a place for it and a convo with comedian that uses his trauma for brutal comedy isnt really the time or place to get upset over the conversation not staying on a personal heavy subject
The weed did that to george. If you smoke for a long time it alters your brain and makes you paranoid and weird when under pressure. I've been there! Especially when confronted with bobby who overcame his trauma with cocaine so he can't read people and does his direct aggressive type of humor to compensate for his insecure childhood and asshole father.
facts, he was very unprofessional to the guest.
agreed George is too soft
George being big time soft
Bobby is always looking for one person to kind of pick on in any podcast he joins. Based on his own nervousness and sees if they can kinda keep pace with him.

First ep of this pod I'm watching, here bc of Bobby, but ended up loving everyone
Cant really blame Bobby for how it ended, if George wants to be a great comedian, he would have to handle this level of joking abuse, especially coming from a person who is notorious about not giving a shit like Bobby Lee. Great episode with many laughs.
It happens even to some of the best comedians…. aka Bobby lee. He walked out on a live recording of the opie n Anthony show because they were coming at him with some jokes
@@davida5049 Bobby used to get bullied by those guys/most people in the scene, it wasn't just ball busting between comics, many comics have came out and said it was unfair how bobby was treated - with george he was throwing some light shade at geroge, george didnt have anything to say back and crumbled. i don't get it personally.
thats why he walked check @1:19:30 and you will see why
@@senna1995 bro, he was taking it the whole podcast. he smelt the guy's dick, and bobby was still shatting at him. it would've been different if he did it to everyone else (to the level he did it to george), but he didn't. i love bobby, but your being so bias it's unfunny.
@@senna1995 I suggest you listen to the Opie and Anthony show where Bobby and Patrice O'neal were on. Patrice really was trying to give Bob genuine advise. He did also make fun of him, but the NY comedy scene has always been "tougher" than out west. Bobby did get absolutely blasted on that show, but he was still funny and clever. George will just have to do better next time, this was a wasted opportunity in my eyes
The problem is George tried to change the dynamic of the conversation from stupid/mean/funny banter to something serious and felt insulted when it wasn’t received well. He got vulnerable at the wrong time and left himself open to verbal abuse. He could’ve shook it off and realized not to take himself serious but got too emotional. Logan basically swallowing Bobby Lees D and defending him didn’t help.

@@PK-le2ok You don’t gotta like George to admit the comment is true. A real friend will back his friend up even when everyone else is ripping on them and that’s what Mike was doing
Damn, George really struggled in this ep. I expected him to be able to riff with Bobby Lee but he took things way too personally. You cannot take anything personally with Bobby Lee.
They don’t/he doesn’t take George seriously. That’s sad
It lol
I never expected him to riff with Bobby he’s a real comedian & George is a cornball wannabe who is only funny 1/10 times. it makes sense he’d bring the entire episode down by making it sad & about himself & then walk out at the end to try and get some sort of redeeming attention after contributing nothing. it’s just revealing how Logan & Mike riff better with Bobby because they aren’t trying to be funny or upstage him. georgie isn’t a real comedian he plays pretend & needs to go back to 5 guys or something where he thrives idk
bobby lee was hella funny but i do have to say bobby was faced towards mike and logan the whole episode. George prolly felt left out.
@@seanmerrill6125 I mean, that's because that's how the layout is. It wouldn't make much sense to be turning your chair back and forth. Plus Bobby did look at George whenever he talked to him.

Mike was the man in this pod!! I would feel the same way if someone had their back turned the whole time to me but mike is honestly a good friend and person in general.
Logan and George each taught Mike very different things about friendship and vice versa. It took some time to gel but they figured it out.
Mike surprises me with his ability to keep it real
Bobby can't control the seating arrangement he faces the direction of the people making most the conversation, and Bobby turned to George and acknowledged him when he talked
Yeah it’s definitely Bobby’s fault that they seated the guest in the middle. Also you’d think after years of being in Logan’s entourage he’d be used to not being the center of attention…

If you’re wondering how Bobby Lee acts in serious situations here’s a story he’s told on pods before:
When he was filming Borderlands with a bunch of famous people, they went to visit a memorial for all these people that had died in a war, and the memorial was a bunch of shoes from the people. One of the people in his group notices a small pair of shoes and remarked basically “oh my, there’s a child’s pair of shoes how tragic”
Bobbys response was.. “it could have been a midget”
lol
"And then everyone just walked away, bro!"

And the one time he did speak, Bobby stomped on everything he said which obviously meant a lot to him. I give props to mike for backing up his friend it’s obvious he’s the only one with empathy and understands George
George so emotional like a baby
George is really out of sync with the others though from all the interviews I've watched, I couldn't stand him on David Guetta playing with the plushi, asking random questions
I'm not sure if I agree he was right for leaving. If this was a regular conversation, then sure. But they are working, they are doing a job. And what set George off, is when Logan stated that "he is clocked out". Which can be taken as "he's just sitting there while we do the work". The problem is they were giving him nothing to work with.
