The charges aren't alleged 😂 the breaches are alleged but the charges are fact 🤦🏻♂️
They 100% have been charged, 130 times, for alleged breaches and it's not like they are sat there for 10 years throwing darts blindfolded and hoping to hit something, they are well paid experienced professionals in the laws they wrote themselves. The only way man city gets away with any is mistakes in the wording of the charges or some obscure loophole that apparently only man city have found in the last 15 years.
The premier league also has had the opportunity to remove some charges they thought they might lose, but they added more, they are that confident in the case.
I'm sure UEFA were paid, experienced professionals and incredibly confident as well 😂
@@Rainer-8 go read the CAS judgement. They weren't found innocent just that some were time barred and the punishment wasn't proportionate, they were still fined €10,000,000 as part of the CAS judgement. Innocent parties don't get fined €10m after going CAS.

In order to keep maintain the credibility and integrity of the ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE, man city must be punished and punished with relegation period nothing else coz it is not 5 or 8 charges only these are 115 charges.
