Not working, I did same but still receiving lot of notifications from restricted apps. Using K20 Pro.
Nice video but this doesnt seem to work , since even after turning background permission off the apps are giving notifications and that means that the apps are still waking up in the background. Is there any way to restrict it ?

pls share here if you find a solution. I am using miui on Poco X6 and even enabling RESTRICKT BACKGROUND ACTIVITY apps keep running in background. Consumes RAM and Mobile data and also shows notification.
The strange thing is when I was using Miui 8 on my redmi 3s in 2017 then apps never ran in background after enabling this setting.

2is it“suspend execution for cached apps“on “Developer+Mode“

No bro that's not working as you thing.. If you hold finger on some app and give app info, than application permissions, than all permissions you will see truth.. There are to many processes that kill your battery and spy all.. Truth its that you need root and than you can kill them. But still that you show in this video hellp to save a bit battery, still better than without it.. But also stop auto run..
