Normally for a coating projects ,client provide full paint system ,but for some small jobs client will give coating conditions like operating temperature, working conditions, offshore/onshore etc.
in this case a coating engineer can easily suggest/recommend a suitable paint system .
the coating procedure for suggested paint system can be submitted to client approval
