12-3-30 is my go to, but I also have been switching up my workouts lately too and have been incorporating more weights in my routine! What a cute set up, the pancakes look so cute!😍 happy birthday to mike! I always lose track of time whenever I’m on TikTok🤣 yay for sunny weather!
I looove 12-3-30 but definitely need to switch it up 😅 I can stay on TikTok for hoursssss it’s bad lol!! So happy it’s starting to get warmer here in Sweden!🙌🏽
i so relate with just feeling nervous to try new things at the gym, but ever since i tried out the weights at the gym i feel way more confident so this makes me so happy to see you push yourself out your comfort zone athina! you've got this

Using barbells and other machine around the gym can be intimidating- but I love weight lifting! Canada needs to get a grip too! I’m so over the snow! I’ve seen so many people film at the gym- you should give it a try ☺️ looking at how nice your always pan is puts mine to shame 🤣 I need a new one lol. Happy birthday to mike! I wish Rhode was sold here in Canada!
Yes definitely lol!! I’m soo over the snow it’s crazy 🙄 I’ve seen a lot of awful looking always pans so I try to keep mine nice and clean 😂 I’m so happy I was able to get rhode shipped to me from the US 🙌🏽

I love 12-3-30! I do incline 12, minimum speed 4.9km/h and for 30 minutes!🥰

Hiii! That’s amazing! I’m sure you’ll love Sweden! It’s definitely not as easy here but it’s not impossible! The hardest part when you mainly have a US based audience is finding brands that actually ship to Sweden lol! There’s a lot of Swedish vloggers so I don’t think people stare when I record in public lol! You can ask me any questions you’d like!!❤️🥰
