PS - a little tip I wanted to share. When using your food processor you can place a piece of parchment or plastic wrap between the work bowl and the lid - just click the lid in place and process. Doing this keeps the inside of the lid (including the gasket) clean. Obviously it doesn't work if you plan to use the feed tube, but works great if you're just mixing ingredients.
Your charcuterie boards turned out great as did the ice cream sandwiches. Owen is getting so big! Love seeing you manage to get things done with a baby in tow.

A great tip for the food processor is to pour/dump everything out while holding the blade in place from the underside with your finger up the center hole. Then put the processor bowl back on the machine and give it 1 or 2 pulses. This will spin the food off the sharp blades. Works great.

And I've tried that cookie recipe before it's very good but I have not tried ice cream from greek yogurt and I will try that and let you know how it is. Your son is growing so fast he's adorable.
