Nice recipe and measurements. One small suggestion. When you put roti on tawa if put gunch walo bhag up side then it will go down when you put ghee. Roti will look nice.

One small humble suggestion
If you use measuring cups rather than vatki new to cooking people will find it more helpful
I use vatki because mostly people have vatki at home..they don't have measuring cups..but still I will try to give mesurements in grams and ml..
