Actually, in fnaf2 golden Freddy has a endo, withered golden freddy* if you look closely, at his suit there is a endo leg.

Golden Freddy and Spring Bonnie were both spring lock animatronics so they could switch from being animatronics to wearable suits. Since he was left in suit mode he's still essentially a suit now but he still has an endoskeleton
