Being a barca , The first time I saw bale was in the live Classico match for copa del Rey final and what a stunning run he made. I had never seen anybody simply overtake the opponents like that, he was just gliding through half of the pitch and scored cleverly. I’m a fan since then and he will always be my favourite right winger even though he has lost some speed
The only time he was team of the year he was on left wing his crossing is arguably even better

Watching this after Bales masterclass against Austria, he’s still very much world class and his stats show it, Jose barely played the guy and he had nearly 25 goal contributions. We’d be stupid not to try and sign him on a free this summer. Can’t rely on him match after match but against low block teams he’s exactly what spurs need

Simply Gareth Bale. Nobody trusted him and he ended up silencing King Power. He needed to lose that fear of injury and play a 90 minute game! The season ended with a double that got us into the European Cups, taking Arsenal out of that place. Thanks Mason for giving it the opportunity! Constant, good assists, goals (what was asked of him), Bale's class is from another planet. Hopefully he can stay in London and Ancelotti doesn't stop him. With Mou he did not fit 100% in the team, but he was always seen with a smile. Son-Gareth the next forward, remember.

The inital slump was likely him coming off injury and being in a "new" team. Mourinho should've trusted him a bit more in the second half of the season

We still have to thank Mourinho for being so precise and inteligent in playing him. Bale didn't even play much time but still managed to score lots of goals and some of them are a beauty. And they were in a time that Bale barely played in 2/3 years before spurs
Scored a goal (11) every 84 mins in the prem from the wing in a team with son and kane and still got called a flop.
I think he was exquisite this season. 16 goals overall, just thinking what if he had played almost in all the games hypothetically, but that being said still impressive.

How could i forget that Gareth Bale played again for us only when the stadiums were nearly empty for the 20/21 season... bring him back home again so we can show him the love that he deserves. (Especially if we get 4th place in the PL for the 21/22 season.)
Even if we don't necessarily need him as much as Eriksen, his contribution will still be significant, as he was statistically the best per-90-minute player in the PL for that season.
Don't forget about hist signature feints, Trivelas, & finesse that Bale would effortlessly bring.

Gareth playing is just spectacular, breathtaking, and unique. He has his personal style like no other, extremely recognizable. Prime Bale is out of this planet good, like a perfect gift from god. No one can ever compare with him. My all time favorite and the only one who can bring me the true aesthetic sense of football sport.

There is no other player in the world that hits the ball better than GB. His technique is world class - a natural baller. Imagine if we had a proper manager during that time who played GB every week. He only needed minutes to build up his sharpness yet on many occasions he was stuck on the bench.
