hello, i bought and placed me also a absco shed, great experience to install and cool australian thing in my garden in belgium. yes i live in belgium and i bought it , the regent 300x292 antraciet. but i have to buy a new one because of a storm, the big tree beside the sheds falled on top op the shed. but i am sold to absco sheds so gonna buy me a new shed from absco. great stuff , go aussies :-)
After installation, my Absco Premier is leaking from the gable cap on each side. There is a gap where the cap sits. Was I supposed to get a bigger gable cap? I actually enjoyed installing it! I love the shed but hiw I wish I could fix the leak! Great vids as well. Thanks all! 😊😊😊
Hi there, sorry to hear about the leak. This shouldn't be an issue, please email us a photo at admin@absco.com.au and we will get our technical manager to give you a call and see what we can do to fix the issue. Thank you, Alyssa.
Any clues on how to easily attach the second half of the roof to the ridge beam track? It looks so easy in the video, but we just can't get it into the track at all. No amount of pushing or shaking has worked.
Hi Marcia, The row of screws along the roof sheet could be hitting on the ridge cap part of the ridge beam, stopping it from sliding underneath it. 1. One trick is, from inside the shed, to use a set of pliers (multigrips are the best) and use them to grab both the roof channel and the ridge beam and squeeze them together. This must be done with caution as if forced too hard it can damage the channel. 2. Another trick is to leave this row of screws out and then when they are in place, screw them up from the interior of the shed. This is under the cap of the ridge beam so will not leak. If you are still having trouble, give us a call and we can walk you through it. Thank you Rosie
Hi Mohammadisa, Typically water on the floor can be attributed to water running inside underneath the walls. This is why we recommend a rebated slab to make sure this cannot happen. If this is not the cause and you need further advice please contact us with model information and be sure to supply photos of your completed shed. Send them to admin@absco.com.au Hope this helps. Thank you - Jesse
3mm drill bit which is used when attaching the doors to the front panel. That is the one thats included in the fittings pack in the kit. When anchoring your shed we recommend using a 10mm drill bit. Hope this helps!
Hi Zane, if you send us an email at admin@absco.com.au with your location and enquiry, we'll let you know if we can refer you to a shed installation expert in your area. Thanks - Jesse
Hi there, this depends how much your slab is out of alignment. The shed can still go together, however it may be hard to secure to the concrete slab if on uneven ground. If anchored incorrectly this will be a safety hazard and affect the rigidity of the shed. We are based in Brisbane and would be happy to visit if you are close by, otherwise feel free to send photos and your details to admin@absco.com.au and we will get back to you. Thank you, Alyssa
Doing one at the moment,I think I shall need counselling by the time I’m finished.

I loved my Absco shed and even though fastened down to a concrete slab the cyclon took it away and never to be seen again.

Hi. Can I install the roof from inside?
Just have to say instructions are great but the camera guy needs to concentrate on the area of instructions and less fancy camera angles!
What I don't get is why not supply rivets to fasten the entire door lack system. Screws can be undone, pretty much making a padlock a laughing matter.

Hi there, this shouldn't be an issue, this will just mean you will have sharp screws sticking out the back.
How did you put the roof on ? I bought a 3mx3m shed for the same size site ..great difficulty putting it together
What size drill bit is he running? Is it a #30 sheet metal?

Do you have anyone who installs these?

I made a mistake laying an uneven slab. It's slightly sloped. Will it be a major problem?
