From what I have been seeing on RUclips Planet Hollywood has been clamping down on recordings since they reopened. I will think twice before I play there too.
I know some places don't like filming walking through the Casino floor because of privacy issues for people playing but if you have a fixed camera on a slot screen that can hardly be the case. There are dozens of vloggers doing this and I can't remember the last time any of them got asked to stop filming!
That's why you tubers film the floors or ceiling when walking around and the cosmopolitan lets you film your games 😎
Not only that, THEY'RE RECORDING US! Last time I checked, We didn't give the casino any permission to record US, when we walk in.
Nice play! 👍 Don’t sweat it happens to us all. If you have a host ask her for permission and show her your vids so she sees you only record the machine not people. If you don’t have a host go to the front desk and ask to speak to a slot host and tell her the same and see how it goes from there.GOOD LUCK🍀
Wow you were on fire!! I never seen diamonds come out like that. Awesome video. I can’t believe they said Illegal smh.
Congratulations bro!! Nice to see you win!!😎🍒🍒🍒
It’s their losses. You came to gamble.
I got stopped at Mountaineer casino in west Virginia once when I was using an action camera..I called them and asked for permission and they said it was the gambling control board rules..I've since recorded twice since being stopped and both times I used my cell phone...I've also purchased several spy cameras to try as well...one pair of video glasses...a video recording pen and a video recording hat ...we shall see...lol
Screw any casino that won't allow you to video record your own play. Boycott them!
something always comes behind the cherries
That was amazing and fun to watch!
2 things, 1 recording in the high limit room your more likely to get away with it because its a less trafficked area. 2, its the casinos choice to allow video or not. Best thing to do is ask to be able to record, all casinos rules are different
Jelly Roll your the men your singing. Is great your freind Air s. Brenda Beard
Jelly is the greatest singing you and kid rock.
they let you film in the high limit room nearly always. They want your money!
Nice video. Yeah that is one casino I avoid when I go. Ignore the trolls. Good win. I record to when I go and I don't know about the laws and never have any issues. I guess that lady was bored.
That was a great run on the Top Dollar machine! Sorry you ran into trouble with floor personnel.
It was quite comical, not sure why it’s such a big deal to them.
Thanks for the video. Enjoyed watching.
Nice hit with the 7's 👍
Hell yeah! The juice is loose!
Just gotta make sure the juice is worth the squeeze.
This isn’t a issue in the high limit room at the Cosmo. Set up a tripod and record. Zero fucks given
I was in Planet Hollywood last week Friday to Monday filming all my videos and they didn't say a thing. Incredibly strange vibe in that joint. I don't think I will gamble there again. I'd stay in the hotel again though. Cheers I played this same top dollar machine. It gave me a cherry and that was it.
That’s awesome news. Who knows what happened that day we were approached.
Hello Sunchi! They won't let you film anymore at Planet Hollywood? Well, at least you got "Their Money" from this session! Good for you and bad for them that they lost a good patron in yourself! Once again, you seem to do well on the "Top Dollar" slots. Wishing you continued success as always! Robert /:-)
Thank you kind sir, cheers!
Nice session 👍👍 nice wins 👍👍 new supporter here 😀👻
Welcome!!!!
That machine is illegal. Take your money elsewhere. Who's the boss? "Not youse guys!" 😾
I agree, I would not support casinos that ban recording slot play. As RUclips channels, you should not provide free advertising for them. I go to Vegas a couple of times a year and look for machines that I've seen in winning videos. I was there in July and played a $5 3X4X5 machine at the Orleans that I saw in one of your videos. If not for you I would have never ventured down there. Free advertising! If the casinos don't see the benefit, they don't deserve our play. We have many choices of where to spend our money. Smart decisions on your part.
Holy smokes! Wow! 👍🍀
Good Job keep up the good work
Casinos like to say things are illegal even though they are only violations of the casino's rules. "Illegal" means against the law, and may result in criminal prosecution. "Against the casino's rules" means all they can do is tell you to stop doing it and/or leave (and they can also add "don't return"). Some of these so-called "rules" aren't posted anywhere and often seem like they were made up at that moment by some low-level flunkie.
very true
Max out the Volume. You have a 8.2% better chance on Hitting the Jack Pot.
Gonna try this next time.
Stupidest thing I ever heard -
There is this stupid comment on every single slot video - troll comment - it’s 1000% not true and if he believes that then he shouldn’t be allowed in a casino . As his mentally capacity is not that of a 21 year old yet
The volume don't have anything to do with that your crazy
Always ask before you start gambling if you’re allowed to video. Some casinos won’t allow it but others are fine with it.
Loved the Double-Diamond with Red 7 twice! Too funny how you mentioned the High-Limit room compared to the main floor. Seems if one is gambling a lot more money, the tend to look the other way!
Thanks for sharing!!
Casinos are sensitive in high limit areas as they wish to protect the identity of other players playing there, even if you videotape just your machine. You may accidentally get the face of the guy blowing his house on the craps table.
@@kimthompson6686 Yes, table games have always been off limits with customers and their cameras.
Yet, the casinos don't seem to have an issue with their own cameras and all that "facial recognition" software!
@@metalboy8822 You don't see the casino camera footage on RUclips though.
Some person thinks they are the law and speaks without authority from upstairs, keep doing the great videos and I guess we are all illegal. Awesome run on that machine, it was on fire!
Well you left and stopped filming so I guess they have the authority
It’s private property, so just ask for permission before you do. They want to protect the privacy of other customers.
If they really did care about customer privacy...the casinos THEMSELVES wouldn't be filming 24/7.
True I’ve been watching this game for a while and I only see top dollar, Nothing else
In order to record while gambling it as to be approved by the casino. All casino's are different. Just have to ask. Usually a slot host will let you know.
Hmmm yep take your $ some place else. Plus I didn’t really care for her tone.. lol
if they had class, observing you, they should have ran your players card number and be aware you are a high roller. they lose.
It's not 'illegal'. It may be against casino rules, but it isn't 'illegal'. Bear in mind, you were interfacing with a floor wonk. They're not particularly bright and just carrying out the "marching orders".
That said, IF YOU DID NOT GET PRIOR PERMISSION from the casino management to video on their premises, then you were certainly standing on shaky legal ground, (but it would be civil, not criminal).
Sunchi, you're a pro. Whenever you're going to want to try to video in a casino, get permission first, (ideally in writing, but if not in writing then get the manager's name who okayed you taping). No permission, move on to the next place.
If you get a manager who seems unsure, tell them of how many followers you have on YT, how this helps the casino get free advertizing, 9as you always say nice things of the casinos you're allowed to tape in), and how this will lead to them having more gamblers come through to their high limit areas, (as that is where you play). Sell it to them as a win-win.
Good luck, and nothing but hand-pays in your future! Keep it happy!
They'll let ya vlog across the street at the Cosmopolitan Casino !🙂🎰🍷
This past forth of july weekend i was at planet hollywood for four days and i play IGT four card keno machine and four the whole tine i was there the machines were turned to be so tight and never paid anything and i am a pro keno machine player 'the worst experience in my stay never going back and paris was exactly the same.
its not illegal to record but on private property you need permission from the property manager not gaming not security.
When you record at a casino you always have to have permission all the others slot players get permission before they do
Marathon Watching 11/5/2020 Let’s see the chaos ! Good Luck! 🍀
More than 3 staff members were rude to me this last summer I went to PH. I think they need re-training. Visiting the cosmo on my upcoming trip. Bad experience .
If a machine treated me that well I wouldn't care what their filming policy is!
Try downtown Las Vegas, "The D" or the "EL Cortez".... Plenty of youtubers at those 2 places
Is it actually illegal? I could see it being against the casino's rules but idk about illegal.
Precisely
I wonder if there really is a law in Vegas (which I doubt) or is it just the Casino. In the old days, the Casino’s never allowed anyone to even videotape the Casino layout. Casino’s have loosed up a bit in a bid to get more player in the door.
It's not a law in Nevada, (so technically not "illegal") but each casino can set their own policies. Back when I first started gambling in casinos (early 80's) they were VERY skittish about any kind of photography. Many casinos outright banned even bringing a camera onto the gaming floor. My wife used to use a professional camera bag as her purse, and she was constantly getting stopped by security saying, "No cameras allowed". I had a very slim camera which I would carry in my pocket. When we would hit a jackpot, we'd have to look around for security, then quickly whip the camera out to get a picture (no flash!) and get the camera back in the pocket. Once everyone started carrying a smartphone, the casinos realized they could no longer enforce a "no cameras" rule. I was always told it was to "protect the privacy of the guests". Who knows?
Aw man!
👍😎👍 Hit & Run
Nice hits and bonuses! I got caught recording myself playing a slot machine last Tuesday. The casinos may think you are trying to study how the slot machine will pay, but there is no way of doing that because it's all computerized. I know it's the microchips tells the symbols what to put on the pay line.
Casino managers are just as superstitious as the players!
I was just at Hollywood I love the sports betting and caps table but I gotta try this game next time
Top Dollar will make you Holla!
Very nice!!!!!
Machine was hot! Cheers!
Absolutely, needed the 3 triple diamonds to land for the home fun, but it was fun either way.
good luck
I would call corporate
Nice jackpots!😁 Some of these slot people don't know what they're doing. 😄 If you want to know what Planet Hollywood's policies are on filming, speak to the head of security. 😉
So odd when they get so passionate about filming.
I wouldn’t stop playing just for that especially if u were hitting get the glasses that u can wear and it records in the middle lol
Where do they sell those? Lol
Amazon I’m looking at it right now says 59.99
And it comes with a memory card
Annmarie Richard 🤔 let me go check it out.
K I can send the the link through email if u can’t find them and do want them
i dont get it. why would they care. its free advertizing right ? their loss!
Get permission from security. It's usually not a problem. It's not illegal but it is against most casino rules to do it without permission.
I use to go to this casino for years! Over 10 years! They said I couldn’t film. I just return my rewards card. It’s your loss since I play the $5, $10 and up to the $25 slot!
Oddly enough they let me record in high limit all day at my casino but when I do it in regular areas they tell me to stop. Luckily I know the security so they would never ban me but they also have to look like they’re doing their job and I understand that
Yeah they don’t bother you as much in the HL room.
WoW! At least you hit them up for some money!
I was recording (very) brief videos of my wins at the local casino. I had a nice run of luck from mid-October 2019 to early-January 2020. One of the ladies on the floor informed me, politely, that Casino Security wanted me to cease recording. I did on the spot. As gambling superstitions go, this episode seemed to 'ice' my run of luck.
Later in 2020, the casino reopened after a three month closure for COVID-19, things heated-up for me in July through November. I asked for permission to at least take a photo of the screen on the slot machine where I'd won and the attendant said it would be okay to do so. Now the casino is closed again until at least January 4, 2021. _Right_ before the casino closed I had a windfall jackpot less than 16 hours before the placed closed down again. I put my winnings in the bank and used some of that money for practical things. It's a good feeling but the casino wants a rematch. I've been getting mailings and inducements to come back when they reopen.
They email me a new promo every day it feels like.
@@sunchiadventures It certainly seems like that to me as well.
Oh geez. They mail out promotional materials to EVERYONE, both winners and losers. They’re not “looking for a rematch” 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Not allowing filming in the casino is for the safety, security, and privacy of their patrons. What if you're spotted in the casino with your girlfriend? Your wife might not like it!
Guess it’s called sin city for a reason, but filming a machine is nothing . What ever happened to Supreme Court rule that if your in public you have no expectations of privacy.
@@robertwise2476 a casino is not public property. It’s considered private property. Therefore, they can institute rules against filming.
I work in a casino as a food runner and hate when I get to a table and people have there phones out recording me handing out steaks etc.. Its very rude I don't want to be blasted on someone's social media
Nice Line Hits! Stay Safe! S.B.
Thanks! Will do!
Being polite is important. Asking for permission is the polite thing to do. Keep in mind, if they allow one person, they are obligated to allow all. So, permission is unlikely as there are liability issues vs. their customers. If I saw myself on a RUclips video, I would not be happy unless I was aware and consenting at it's creation. The casino does not want to be sued because someone posted. If I want people to know I was at this place, I will tell them. Privacy is important, and they cannot trust you, or I, are keeping other patrons out of the lens. This is the main reason for a no capture stance.
Did you ask the PR department for filming permission or your casino host?
Photography is not a crime, generally. As always in casinos, please wager responsibly.
Agreed, this lady was just on a power trip.
Wisconsin watching.
yeah Ceasar's is kinda funny bout that . But there are property's that do allow recording . but not in Nevada however
Most places they don't like you to record but 99% of the time if you contact the casino beforehand they'll give you permission and paperwork to show staff so you wouldn't have any issues.
I will have to ask for permission the next time.
That was amazing Nice..... Sincerely Diana
No law , just policy
i think they dont want slots recorded so people dont see how fast your money really goes and how hit and miss they are. itd keep people off the game in their minds.
It’s not illegal....but if you haven’t cleared it with them PRIOR to filming, you could have a problem. They may tell you no. Their house, their rules. Some casinos are lenient toward you tube filmers, others not so much.
I work I'm a casino as a food runner, its very rude when I'm approaching a table with a tray of food and they all have phones out recording me as I hand out food, I don't want to be on a strangers social media , and its also creepy , and again very Rude
Quit whining and get out of thier lens view! And why you also don't also ask why when your employer films you and the REST OF THE ENTIRE CASINO. Why don't you question why THEY'RE filming you, not just random patrons.
@@newyorkfan16 casino never films up , there is signs all thru out the casino for privacies reason relax pal
THAT was a GREAT slot machine
Unless you need a beverage or a hand pay those attendants should leave you alone.
Correct, I mean why is it illegal?
Honestly I don't know why casinos don't like people to stream. I mean you're giving them free advertising. I would ask your host if you could first and tell them you have thousands of subscribers. They might hook you up with free stays and comp your food. Worth a shot.
That's a major NEGATIVE
In LV?
Cosmo doesn't mind at all that's why a lot of you tubers film there 😎
Vv.
Congratulations
Thanks.
Most casinos don't allow filming, and those that do, require you to ask the manager first each time. I believe the Aria, El Cortez, Plaza, and the Cosmo allow it, but like I said, you have to get permission first. It is what it is. Lol
Very true!
Nice hits
Was that last bonus game on $5?
That is correct.
Still some nice wins though!! You cannot record at a few of the casinos in Oklahoma so it wouldn’t bother me but in I didn’t know you couldn’t at PH.
You have to request through proper channels in each casino to record...some approve it some won't. My roommate and I don't record or do slot channels but we asked our hosts at our local casino if they would consider letting one of our friends who does a slot channel record. They went through proper channels and were given the ok.
WOW Eliza, I didnt know you cannot record at PH. I am going in Sept good to know. I found out that not EVERY Casino will allow you to record. Sounds crazy. I guess they want to give certain people/celebrities their privacy. What do you think Eliza???????
@@MrScottmccarthy That could very well be possible! I know even the Casino’s near me that allow recording still have a rule that you cannot have anyone else’s face in the video. Just the screen and the floor of your walking around. Good luck in September!!
@@elizadsslotadventures556 Yeah it should be fun. Going in September staying at The Linq casino. Can't wait to play the Change Machine.......I break even everytime. lol lol lol :)
So you had two nice hits and lost most of it?
i just watch king Jason play at planet Hollywood i like watching both of you
Appreciate the support!
you have to remember, you walk into a casino, you play under THEIR rules...some casinos will allow filming, (just look how many people do it) but some wont..dont get butt hurt over it, it is private company policy , just deal with it...remember the bozo who didnt wear a mask in costco and was asked to leave? he was tossed out on his ass because he said he was in a public place, COSTCO is a private business LIKE all businesses...i'm just tired of people saying they have a right, when they really dont...
I agree. Casinos are private businesses that have the right to determine their own rules. And customers have the right to decide where they want to spend their money.
James Moreland Oliver absolutely correct, hence the title of the video.
nobody wears a mask in 2022- you might have thought this was an insightful comment last year but clearly you have no idea what you're talking about
Just wondering if you were playing max bet 15.00 if that would have happened congratulations
From what I've heard all you have to do is go to the front desk and ask for permission first and some casinos will allow it and some will not but I'm not a gambler so I'm not sure which ones do so good luck my friend👍
Same with all the Station Casinos they won't let me record my video poker play. So you know what, I stopped going there. Until they catch up with all the other casinos that are letting us film f*** em!
Why didn't you stop playing when you were way ahead?
Appolo P I did.
Most casinos wont let you record though I see many out here on the tube that are recording their plays & one casino I seen that they left a comment of thanking the customer who posted their video from I believe panchanga for visiting the casino, if I was to record I would just hit record on my phone & put phone in my shirt pocket wouldnt be too obvious that its recording & not in hand.
It’s an issue everywhere just ask permission and you may be granted or just use spy glasses that record in 1080 and you will just look like a person wearing glasses. If they ask you don’t have to hand them over just leave
Some people like Brian Christopher BC slots and NJ slots you know many people have permission from the casino for their RUclips channel but I am for privacy reasons to there's a lot of casinos I won't go out because it seems like whenever I take a couple of thousand with me and it seems like since covid-19 I just sent casinos are taking too much money since I opened back up from being shut down for a couple of months
There trying to get back the money they lost while being shut down
@@jimward6586 I am surprised you made sense of what was said here...
*You might discover the top-secret ways that they cheat players.*
Yes it's illegal to record unless you have written permission.
This was interesting
Right?
There is a 100% valid reason why they do this.
It has nothing at all to do with the times.
I know why they don't allow taping.
I think they do tell the public to not tape.
As I know why they don't allow taping I agree with their security for those reasons.
Is it illegal? If someone did get caught for the reasons why they don't want video, YES and that person would face time in prison.
For the reason that I know, they could lose $100,000 if they aren't on their toes.
It has nothing to do with being against RUclips videos.
I have heard they are getting real strict on people recording inside the casino. For example, Planet Hollywood, Caesars, Cosmo and etc. Going to lose a lot of business that way!
Thanks for the info.....I will not go there this Christmas 2020.
Have fun!
Where you going to go
AAAAARRRRGGGHHHH go to $5 !!!!!
