Maybe AVEX and YG will jointly establish a label for the Japanese market. It seems that an audition program will be held in Japan. (Although there is no direct relationship with XG, but may share some stages in the future with the girls/boys who debuted from that label.)
@@Hunt-lo4fe if avex wanted to establish a label for the japanese market it would make more sense for them to subsisidize xgalx rather than team up with yg. In terms of finance avex don't need yg's financial backing. XG already is establishing their own cross genre and im prety sure the japanese people would want to keep that talent in house and not share what they already build with a korean company. XG's global impact will be similar to what spice girls establish back in the 90's and I don't think they want all that behind the scene politics and interference in terms of who gets the creative direction. Simon is doing an amazing job running his agency and understanding what his vision is with this girl group and yg will just mess up that creative freedom they got going on.
Avex helped YG artists in the past break into the Japanese market. They are a well established, $400 million media company. If anything, they would buy YG, who is struggling right now.

Just today Rolling Stone released its Top 25 most stylish artists of 2024. XG was ranked #21. XG is the only girl group who even appears on the entire list. This list included artists like Beyoncé, Dua Lipa, Doja Cat, Cardi B, Pharrell, Madonna. XG 🔥
YG has nothing to do with xgalx and will not have any relation with YG buisness wise. If a big company would over see xgalx it would be AVEX. I don't know where you heard that from but that is absolutely unlikely.
XGALX is under the parent company AVEX corporation. XG are signed AVEX artists. YG announced already that they have nothing to do with XG. 😎 just recent special edition gift box of XG are all labeled AVEX/XGALX and Album productions too.

I wouldn't compare Chisa to Ariana. It would be unfair to Chisa. She sings in English being Japanese, in addition to singing in Korean and also being a dancer. It's off scale.
From what I understand, since XG's sound is so popular, YG & AVEX (XGALX's parent company) may team up to debut new groups with the x-pop sound. When something is sells, why not monetize on it. A bit funny since "Puppet Show" is a criticism of the music industry. Just my guess. Thanks for supporting XG.

I don't think avex would benefit anything from teaming up with yg in terms of monetizing this new genre that xgalx has created when xgalx is already their subsidiary agency. They already have the formula. What would YG provide in that business venture? Avex don't need YG's financial backing and yg no longer have teddy as their producer. If avex would monetize this opportunity they could do it all by themselves without any third parties involve. YG is not going to help them in any shape or form since XG showed they can break out into the Korean market as well. That's just not a profitable position to be in for AVEX.
pretty sure u just heard false rumors and that's okay that means XG is gaining some noises out there lol. but in my opinion i would never want XG to go under YG. XG is known for their unique vision and music creation, i just cant see YG pumping out songs like left right and winter without you, it's not in their formula of "success". would love to see XG getting to or even go beyond black pink level with xgalx and jakops instead of YG.
