I’m a firm believer in “what I eat don’t make you poop” so live the life best suited for you. You should get some very flat sneakers for weight lifting days. Like Converse, Van's, etc. They shouldn't be worn for cardio but I notice your balance is a bit unstable when you are lifting. Just helps your form and you will get better results. 😊😊
