How to make Paneer Tikka Recipes Ingredient:
Dahi - ¼ cup
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Bhuna Jeera powder - 1½ tsp
Chat masala ½ tsp
Kala namak ½ tsp
Garam masala 1½ tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp
Roasted besan/sattu - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Paneer cubes 16 pc
Simla mirch cubes 16 pc
Pyaz k shells 16 pc
Butter - cooking ke lie
Nimbu - 1 tsp serving ke lie
Chat masala - ½ tsp serving ke lie

I made it yesterday. It turned out mind blowing, more tasty than restaurant.
I also smoked the marinate with coal for 10 mins, and that flavour was supperb.
Advice for those who wanna make- 1- paneer should be dry (packaged one) 2- make with tandoor sticks.
Hey hi how does one smoke the marinade with coal ?
@@aartianeja hey, 1st the marinate should be in big bowl. 2nd- burn the coal in gas stove, then place it in a foil or any small vati, add oil or ghee to burnt coal, then cover the marinate for 15 mins.
It will absorb all the smoke and will taste same as tandoor. Hope it helps.
