No they just brought it out because one of other passengers car (car 63) had a flat wheel so they brought this one out until they got the other car back in operation

Why does 2023 need a new whistle
It had a weak, dull sounding whistle. Sounded mostly like air passing through towards the end.
Doug D and I know what that means it means 2023’s old whistle was too loud
I liked the old whistle
