You should put a folded towel on the table for future tests, to save stress on the camera mount when you land. Quite impressive test though, i didnt expect it to be able to carry that much weight :)
Nice vid man. I especially loved the weight test. I always want to know how much something can lift before I buy it since I’d be using it for sharking. All you have to do is rinse her off with water afterwards?
Sharky Shepo that’s awesome. I meant to ask you but I never have, when you’re sharking do you use chum? If so, what do you use? Always looking to get some insight from a fellow land based sharker. And how far do you normally do your drops at?
When the low battery light comes on.. does it land where it took off at? or just directly underneath its current location? I.E. if i'm 300 yards off the beach and the light comes on.. do i need to swim out and get the drone??
Nar mate u can personally set it, so i have mine set at 5mins and then a 2nd alarm at 2mins, iv crash landed mine in sand from pushing iy way to far to see wat happens and didnt even brake a propeller, thete tuff as mate
Mate, I see you have changed one of the antennas in the controller, what are you running and is it making a difference. Nice work with the tests thanks.
Running that drone like that will over amp those motors and greatly shorten it's life do to severe over heating. On another note, I've read countless story's of people having problems with these drones. Not that it is a big deal to me, but what is a big deal is the company always blames the problems on the customers who spent over a grand to get the drone and they refuse to fix or replace defective parts without charging the customer. Any thoughts?
I have heard that there quality control with swell pro overseas isnt the best, but iv had 3 of them over 5yrs and always running big baits and havnt had a problem yet, i am changing soon to a new waterproof drone in 2 mnths and it lifts 5kg (10lbs)
@@sharkyshepo8167 Glad to hear you've had great success with them. They truly look like amazing drones from your video's. From the outside in they look solid. My concern is what's under the hood you know. Software and hardware is more important than the paint job if you know what I mean lol. I live in Destin Florida and I'm looking hard at some of these drones because I want to get into shark fishing. I can't really decide what to get to be honest. I've been leaning towards the DJI Matrice 600 Pro because it can lift 6 kg, but it has a stupid expensive price tag to go with it. What drone are you looking into? Maybe I can check it out and possibly find a better alternative.
@@JB-jn9kb i should have it late November, il be 1st to have 1 in Australia and it has dji software but waterproof body, lools real good, its still being tested but mine should be hear to test and push it hard as I do. Just keep watching these videos, it will pop up soon 👍🍻
best test of a swellpro drone on youtube
Thanks mate, wish I had a drone these days
@@sharkyshepo8167 I just use old phantoms but they can't carry out a big enough bait for really big sharks. Our sea is too rough for kayak out.
