I really needed to hear this, I need money to buy properties for transitional housing for homeless women veterans in my community and eventually across the country. Buy/Hod strategy. I spoke with the Homeless Veteran Coordinator at my local VA medical center and she said if I get a property, she can fill it. The VA is going into the shared housing mode and will pay up to 1500 for a single room. A 4 bedroom house could bring in 6K month before deductions of utilities and other expenses.
