Yes, it will fix when you change the screen panel, this tv is a trouble for customer and for realme also, that the reason why you didn't see realme make next gen of this product, it cuts lot of realme profit after you buy and claim warranty of this product
To be a good brand, they should have called back all the units and fix them permanently. Or atleast they should make sure and assure customer that there was a known issue and they have fixed it permanently. Being such a big brand where you are selling so many types of electronic system, they should think about customer first to be in this competitive market.
@@TechTalkSB in my country its little bit impossible because after i looking for the detail product, realme didn't make their own product, they used third party vendor to produce their tv
But i agree with you about recall, because its hard to believe a brand when you use their product for short time and they just broke completely....

I have realme sled 55 inch tv today it stop working i don't know why. I am trying to contact realme but no response i also have display problem not happy new year to me
I bought realme smart tv 50 inch on July 2021. Display flickering issue started in Jan 2022. Replaced complete tv. Again the issue started in Jan 2023 this time Realme support is escaping by saying a simple reason brand/ serial number sticker is not there in back of tv. worst experience spent 40k on this product

Mera experience achha nahi tha realme k sath.. Bohot din lagaya yeh issue resolve karne k liye. Samsung ya Sony best brand hai. Nahi toh local store main Jo available hai aur after sales service provide karta ho wo tv lena chahiye

Bro mera mainey bhi 50inch 4k varient liya tha realme ka usmey bhi same problem hai, ab new tv lunga to konsa brand ka lena chahiye

If you dont have any restrictions on budget, always go for brand Sony. That tv is made to live long and last. Am using it since 11 years not a single issue. Same with my other family members
Sony and Samsung provides best TVs but they have restrictions too.. You don't get Android os there.

Ha wohi toh.. Jo realme k taraf se service kar ne aaya tha wo bhi agree kiya k most of the realme ka tv main panel ka issue hai. Aur sirf realme hi nahi, realme, mi, oneplus sabka panel almost same hai and issue aaraha hai. Thank god maine extended warranty karwa k rakhha tha. Aur isiliye sayad realme panel k upan 2 yr ka warranty de raha tha.

Mere sath bhi same hi huya tha.. Ek banda aak tv opoen kar k serial number ka photo lekar chala gaya. Wo actually naya panel k liye request kar ne k liye. Wo aayega toh replace kar k de jayega.
Mere hisub se toh extended warranty lena chahiye, kun k panel ka cost bohot hi zadya charge karta hai warranty k baad. But abhi wo log warranty extend karega?
Use karne k baad warranty extend hota hai k nahi comment kar k bata na pls.

I bought in 2021 June march 2022 flickering problem....replaced again same issue after 3 months once again replaced...now again 3rd time yesterday same issue... 🤦🤦 ....what should I do .. should I go to consumer forum??
First ask for replacement and the report to consumer forum

Sir maine bhi patches Kiya hai Realme x tv Flipkart se But main installation khud karna chahta hun Regan ye hai ki main ek villege main rahta hun to main khud krskta hun Box open
Sayad kudh se unbox and install karne pe warranty main problem hota hai. Normally flipkart wale installation k liye bhejta hai. Toh better hai unboxing and 1st installation wo logo se hi karaaya jaye.
Mere tv mein bhi ye issue aane lga hai 1.5 years ho gye hai ab toh out of warrenty bhi ho gya hai tv.
Yeh TV screen ka warranty 2 years ka raheta hai. Toh jaldi contact karo, screen replace hijayega.

Local koie service center se repair kara lo.. Saste main thik ho sakta hai. Realme wale pura panel replace karta hai to zadya charge karta hai
I have same problem faced after replacement tv again screen is flickering. This realme company is worst considering customer support.
Seriously.. Even the support people are very much aware of this screen issue and still the brand is not taking any action to fix it completely. Worst experience and I don't recoment any product from this company.

Atleast give a call to the service people and ask them to check the issue.. Do a video recording when you get the issue

Oneplus aur mi ka tv main bhi yeh issue hai but kam report hai. Realme ka almost sabhi tv main yeh issue hai. Realme wale keya kar raha hai pata nahi

Yes worst experience. But share you previous service details to them that they have only fixed the issue earlier. Please let me know the outcome of consumer forum

Screen ka 2years raheta hai warranty. Toh aap ka 2 years hogaya tv? Hogaya hai toh fir paise de ke screen replace karwana parega. 2sal k andar hai toh jaldi customer service se connect kijiye.

20K for TV repairing bhi bohot zadya hai.. Kuch aur add kar k naya aajayega.
Mere pass Panasonic ka ek purana 32 inch LCD hai, jo pichle 10 saal se bhi zadya chal raha hai aur abhi tak kuch nahi huya hai.. Yeh realme 1 saal main hi kharub hogaya.

@@TechTalkSB i will never buy this product again, i purchase 50" model, and its just sit for 1 month before its need to repair in the service center, and they not give me an option to replace a product with the new one, very disappointing realme 😞
@@dedikmahendra8242 Same here. Mine is also 50 inch. But for me, they fixed it in my home, not in service center. But they should have replaced these faulty products. I will never buy any more realme product neither suggest any one. And I believe all those who faced this issue will never buy realme product again.
