I love my S8 still here in 2021. My back is shattered but cant even tell when in the case. (Which it is %99.9 of the time.) Thought about replacing it but ehhhh....not necessary
Do I need or have to replace the back if my phone is still working? I just noticed it was cracked but have been thinking of buying a new phone anyway. I just want to know if it is necessary to change the glass? What will happen if I don't? Thanks.

For real it happened twice
You can actually show the replacement back with new adhesive to give an idea what area to heat up...!
