She trains 3 times a week for one hour and does 20 minutes cardio and 40 minutes strength as I know. But because I don't to tell you something wrong, there is an interview where she explains that :) Maybe that helped you a bit
just tried this yoga session for the first time, sitting outside in our garden feeling the sunshine on my skin, the wind in my hair and listening to the birds and your instructions. I've never been into yoga but It left me feeling absolutely amazing and calm! thank you for sharing❤
Same, doing for the first time sitting on my mat at my countyhouse garden, birds sunshine and stuff but kinda not feeling it... i always loved hardcore workouts and figure out that this yoga thing is not quiet my style😅 i just think it doesnt worth the time when u just can do a really good workout instead🤷♀️

At first I was like “this is really boring”, then “how long have we done?”, then “I am not gonna do this whole thing”, then “wow this feels so cool”, then “this feels so weird”, lastly “that was amazing”.
I’ll never underestimate this video ever again. I chose this video thinking it might’ve been a nice stretch/yoga video for a rest day but no. I’m sweating.I should’ve done the other 30 minute stretching video. But at the end of completing this, I felt very good ❤

I only did this yoga session twice: the first one I was doing it years ago, the second one I just finished now. Amazing! I can feel my hole body. Thank you both for this yoga flow. Its absolutely worth it ☺😇
For the first time since we started doing yoga at school, I enjoyed yoga. I even liked doing surya namaskar, ironically I was doing it after sundown.😀 I loved this flow and the narration was very helpful. This is the second time a Pamela Reif workout has made me sweat. It's usually an impossibility in winter. I hope to find more of these sweat workouts on my journey with Pam. I also appreciate how the only yoga video you have is one with a professionally trained yoga instructor. It's very considerate of you, not to mention ethical. 😘
Thank you for having edit this Pamela. It 's not the yoga I'm used to, I thought the postures were hold for a bit too long but I really can tell at the end of the session I was much more flexible and relaxed than at the begining. So it reminds me to stay open for new styles cause they can bring me some good even if they seem weird at the first sight !

I just discovered this yoga flow session. Great for smoothing out soreness at the end of the day, after a workout.. I slept like a baby afterwards. It is challenging but doable - highly recommend. It will leave you feeling accomplished, tired and a little bit stretchier! :-)

Week 1 : Monday: Hi! I just finished the 8 weeks summer shredding from Chloe Ting and I document my fitness journey on RUclips comments😊 Ok, this was not so hard just the right amount to make me sweat a little. I like the tempo of the workout. Beginner abs done! It was not so hard but did burn a bit. Tuesday: 10,000 hours done! Nice and sweet. The 20 minutes full body was nice! I think that 9 weeks ago I would’ve been dying doing it but this 8 weeks challenge from Chloe Ting was the perfect introduction and preparation to any beginner-intermediate workout. Wednesday: 30 minutes yoga flow: DONE! It was the first time doing yoga, I found the video a bit long but it feels good!

This is 27th of June in 2022. I’ve been working out with Pam for two years and just tried this yoga for the first time, I loved 1) hearing the ocean 2) hearing calm and quite pams instructions and 3) omG the view. Would love to have similar workouts in the future! ❤️❤️❤️

This was my first ever yoga session in my life! For me it was pretty hard and not too relaxing but I’ll keep trying and hopefully I’ll get better soon

See it actually depends on your level of fitness that can either make you feel relaxed and ease or challenged
Maybe look for relaxing yoga when you need to relax. Every session has a different intentions
