Great video. Love seeing machinery that was made in 1750 still being used, And those daredevils wearing rubber sandals while pouring molten steel was epic. Great stuff !
Yer man in a hard het there, that's a 1st for 1 of these videos, he's still wearing sandals and kameez shalwar, but I guess it's a start, or is he only wearing it to show he's the boss?
Unfortunately it's the norm of small factories. I've worked as an industrial engineer at a small factory (workshop) once. Safety signboards are all over the factory, but they're just decorations. None of the staff seemed to be bothered about their personal safety. Not even the managers, crossing in front of a moving forklift wearing flip flops..At one point I thought I was the only one wearing steel toe boots and hardhats..I decided to find a job elsewhere..
Why are they not all checking their personal smart phones on company time like American work force do - while complaining about harassment ? - Strange to see people invested in their work - bravo ,Men. - shame on all you American softies with big voice box .
Great video clip

yes, true meaning of ‘Saftey Last’.
I liked the guy wearing the optomistic hard hat
@16:56, cool the way they've converted a forklift in to a loader, even if it does look like Fred Flintstone did the conversion.
Good 👍
It’s interesting to see 19th century technology (with a smattering of hydraulics) still in use.
🥰🥰🥰
Interesting "Straightener"
Excelente trabajo 😊😊

So much character in these mills. The western ones are cold and sterile.
Hey, at least they have some sort of leather protective foot covering there for safety regulations.
Don't Worry They're we'll Trained And Working In This Field From 20 Years
in what country is this factory?
Pakistan
With little expense they could provide workers with some safety.
scary watching these men pour molten steel without any protective gear.

what Great scan @9:18

Stainless? Steel was rusted at the end 😅😅 just melting Stainless scrap isn't equal to producing Stainless steel. Waste of energy. Waste of resources.
Could be a very low quality of stainless with just bare minimum nickel, cobalt, etc. added to the mixture just so it wouldn’t be labeled “pot metal”
The amount of safety code violations allowed in that country are too many to begin to name
I know, it's insane isn't it? These guys could do with learning about collective bargaining.
Hard working people but there is no safety
