    Love your videos. I’m coming to UBC to study BA CPSC this fall and I’m terrified of not getting my waitlisted courses, not being able to teansfer faculties if I decide to, not getting into my degree, etc. Terrified and overwhelmed rn and your honesty helps a lot with thinking everything through and calming myself down.

    I'm one of those commuters. Before COVID, I would commute from Richmond, where I live with my family. It was really important for me to be able to wind down at home after an intense day of DO EVERYTHING AT ONCE... PERFECTLY. It allows me to think and do my work calmly, in a familiar environment. I realize I should be thankful I'm not thrown in the deep end of the hectic world, but have a kind of cushion into it.

    hi! this is kind of unrelated but i’m attending ubc in the fall. do you think 4 courses in one day is too much? because the only other days the class is available is really late at night. thanks in advance😊

    • @MaddyA
      @MaddyA  4 года назад

      Depends if they are all on Tuesday/Thursday or all Monday/Wednesday/Friday. I find 4 classes between T/Th to be pretty long (it’s 6 hours of class time) where as M/W/Fri are more spread out and only 4 hours of class each day. It’s not too much, it just depends when it falls!

      Maddy A thank you!!! it’s on monday/wednesday so it’s an hour and a half alongside 3 more hours. so 4 1/2 hours of class total. would the school work that is due be too much? also, do you know anything about soci101 or 102 and what may be easier and what prof?

    My first year is next year and i’m in arts but I’m thinking I want to transfer into sciences. Do u know if it’s difficult to do so?

    • @MaddyA
      @MaddyA  4 года назад

      It can be tricky because there are quite a few courses you would have to take in order to catch up and successfully transfer. It is possible though!

    I really wanna go to the UBC but I'm not a English native speaker

    • @anelimescobar4728

      Even with all of that still can I go to?

    • @MaddyA
      @MaddyA  4 года назад +1

      English doesn't need to be your first language. So long as you pass an english proficiency test you are all set to attend UBC.
