Disappointing Year ??? Why ? 38-1 is not a disappointment, are you you kidding me? I can think of over 360 Collage Programs that would Love to be so Disappointed at 38-1 Come On !!!
I blame Cal for the loss against Wisc. played stale ball up 5 with 5 minutes left and let Wisc. dictate the momentum of the game instead of playing the way that got us there, the up down full court stuff.
It was disappointing but I guarantee you we'll never see another team go 38-0 again. I know that they didn't win it but just going 38-0 was pretty amazing. That team should have won it all. We were way better than that Duke team and Wisconsin. Bad game plan and I think Calipari should've stuck with the best 7 or 8 guys instead of running the platoon system in the tournament.
