Fix Instagram Not Showing Missing All Photos in Gallery Problem Solved

I thought I'm the only one until I found it guys it's not working for me can you have any suggestions I'm so frustrated I didn't delete my Instagram photos in my gallery but it dissappear how I back them

@@jackylynsantiago2619 I didn't back up my Instagram photos on Google and I opened my gallery and all my insta photos and videos are not there. Those folders just disappeared into thin air. Im so frustrated right now idk what to do

I updated the Instagram app then I opened up my account just to check and see if that might fix of fixed the problem before following the rest of your steps.... yep all I had to do is update the app and for me that fixed the problem... thanks for help=)

It does not work, does anyone has other solution? It is so weird because I have to files from IG (one for photos and the other one for videos) and it only deleted the on with photos...?!

I goes to phone setting
Then go to app manager
Then click on gallery/photos
Then click on stop force
Then click on clear cache and data
Then restart your phone AGAIN
