I've hunted my entire life ( 40 + years), only ever heard of one or two hunting accidents . One was a boy my son went to school with. He had a loaded firearm in a vehicle, which is a no, no. It discharged killing him.
Accident doesn't mean fatality, it could be something as minor as someone accidentally shooting themself in the foot
