No you can keep quick reposite because of her better resistence and her weapon which neutralizes bonuses on enemy foes during combat, fury could be a decent choice but I prefer something else instead
Most people don't have things like Distant Defense or Steady Breath available. Fury, Quick Riposte is probably the best way to go for budget. So in my case, exactly like Julia (I have better ways to deal with Nino than Julia, so I prefer Quick Riposte for general use).

Is getting 1 five star unit per 100 orbs reasonable? Because that seems like really bad. That'd be a lot of orbs to Dave up just for a chance at the five star you want. I wish they made it easier to get five stars

I probably had my luckiest summoning session ever. 300 orbs - 4 Sigurd, 2 Deirdre, 1 Eirika, and a Mathilda on the only blue orb I picked. I still have no idea what to use Mathilda for.
Pheonixmaster1 I have the same issues as you when trying to summon 5 star focus units. I also struggled with Shigure and got Nowi and then Tana when I got my rates up to 4.15-50%. Same thing with Summer Leo and Elincia, I got 3 other 5 star reds at very high rates and wasted so many orbs and money. I'm not gonna even attempt to summon for Sigurd since my luck with reds is usually bad. If they don't want to remove 5 stars they really need to up the focus encounter rate.
You accidentally said Sigurd correctly once, but in the auto-generated caption it actually said Sigurd. You got pretty lucky, even if your pulls weren't as lucky.
I definitely struggled with the Performing Arts Banner. I'm a F2P player and only pulled greens on the PA banner and pulled Inigo first and almost 50 orbs later pulled Azura. For this banner only had about 50 orbs, pulled only reds and greens and pulled Sigurd first within about 20 orbs. Figured i'd just spend the rest of my orbs to try and get Dierdre and Tailtiu. Ended up with a 5* Nowi and a 5* Olwen

Hi Pheonix! Great video as always! Although, I need to confess, I need help with something: I wanna keep summoning on the Performing Arts Banner. The thing is, I've been trying to get them many times, I even forgot the number of orbs I've used for summoning them. I have a 5.00% pity rate and I don't know if it's worth to keep summoning in this banner or not, Should I keep trying and get a Performing Heroe or should I stop? I'm a F2P player, btw.
Depending on you're point of view, I had a pretty crazy session this banner. My first Deirdre also had bad IVs so I wanted a second one. All up it cost me 960 orbs to get to that second Deirdre before I wrapped it up... In that time I got 21 5 star units. My usual strategy is to summon all colours until I reach 4% pity rate, unless there are multiple unwanted colours, then I switch to colour sniping. Towards the end of my overall session I was getting a 5 star unit on the beginning of every session without even building a pity rate... was kinda crazy. I got memed with a Seliph before getting Sigurd, as well as the usual Hawkeye pity breaker that I normally get on greens, and I even got my first 5 star unit on the free summon which was Raven. So a lot happened this banner for me. But other than that... I got 21 5 stars for 960 orbs... that is an average of 45 orbs per 5 star. I wasn't sure if I should've been frustrated that it was taking so long to get Deirdre, or if I should've been blown away by the amount of 5 stars I was getting. Considering I got five 5 star exclusive units I think I'm all lucked out for the next few banners. Sigurd didn't put up much of a fight for me, but Deirdre on the other hand... she hurt me this time round : /

Had the craziest summon today, pulled Sigurd on my free summon, after that, I started a new summoning round with another red orb, took the red orb because there were no green ones and got a 5* Male Corrin and after that, I again started a new summoning round, again with one red orb and no green ones, chose the red orb and got Sigurd's son as a 5* :o

My luck has been terrible too. Spend 450 orbs to snipe Brave Ike and got 2 Titianas, 5 star, Sheena and Hawkeye. Ugh! As for the dancer banner took me 6 colourless five stars to get Olivia. I am generally pretty unlucky with focus units but have had some general good 5 stars with good IV's. This video was pretty painful to watch. Glad you DID found Sigurd in the end. :)
I am so sorry for your struggle for Sigurd! D: It took me 95 total orbs to get all three focus units, but Deirdre is -Atk +Spd lol. Sigurd is +Atk -Spd and Tailtiu is +Res -HP. Sigurd is such a beast, congrats!
one more question, is +atk/-spd the best IVs for Sophia? I will probably be 4 star merging her (even though I put a Raven tome on a +Def/-Spd Leo I got randomly).
Sadface on the Deirdres. I'd love to see a video on that ideas for reworking the star value of units from summoning, though. That's something I've been interested in especially after seeing the 3 star pool go unchanged myself.

I actually pulled all three of them with about 150 orbs, pulled two Sigurds one with plus atk and one with extra hp, still deciding If I should merge them. Sigurd doesn’t have much to inherit other than miracle...
Wow I don't buy orbs but I used my 37 saved orbs and I got Sigurd (Hp+ spd- don't know if that's good ) and first green orb that showed up I got Deirdre (spd+ def- apparently one of the best iv spreads) and my two Reinharts.
When Phoenix brings up that Tailtiu has a son, I cried of happiness. FE4 Arthur is my favorite fire emblem character and I am so happy he was recognized even for a joke.

Actually the 3* pool did change once, and for worse. At release, Catria was available as either 3* or 4*, but after IDR what update she was changed to being a 4* or 5* unit w/ no unit taking her place as 3*.
After feeling as though I wasted $75 on this banner and pulled 5stars b-Roy, Caeda, Seth, Sorin, and Merric I can see this was indeed cursed with your pulls. Thank you for posting this video. Your bad luck makes me feel okay with my bad luck as well.
Your reaction to this banner being cursed is how I felt back in the Brave Banner pulling for B!Lucina. I spent 450 orbs focus pulling for her and I got five pity breakers (which I all had at 5* already) and got a -Def B!Ike and 2 B!Roy, one -Atk and the other -Spd. Never got B!Lucina. I've swore off buying orbs since then and to take what I get.

Distant def & distant def 3 sacred seal, so you can reach 49 res with ally support.

Had the craziest summon today, pulled Sigurd on my free summon, after that, I started a new summoning round with another red orb, took the red orb because there were no green ones and got a 5* Male Corrin and after that, I again started a new summoning round, again with one red orb and no green ones, chose the red orb and got Sigurd's son as a 5* :o

My luck has been terrible too. Spend 450 orbs to snipe Brave Ike and got 2 Titianas, 5 star, Sheena and Hawkeye. Ugh! As for the dancer banner took me 6 colourless five stars to get Olivia. I am generally pretty unlucky with focus units but have had some general good 5 stars with good IV's. This video was pretty painful to watch. Glad you DID found Sigurd in the end. :)
I am so sorry for your struggle for Sigurd! D: It took me 95 total orbs to get all three focus units, but Deirdre is -Atk +Spd lol. Sigurd is +Atk -Spd and Tailtiu is +Res -HP. Sigurd is such a beast, congrats!
what IVs did you use for your merged adult tiki? did you give lightning breath+?

Wow I don't buy orbs but I used my 37 saved orbs and I got Sigurd (Hp+ spd- don't know if that's good ) and first green orb that showed up I got Deirdre (spd+ def- apparently one of the best iv spreads) and my two Reinharts.
When Phoenix brings up that Tailtiu has a son, I cried of happiness. FE4 Arthur is my favorite fire emblem character and I am so happy he was recognized even for a joke.

Actually the 3* pool did change once, and for worse. At release, Catria was available as either 3* or 4*, but after IDR what update she was changed to being a 4* or 5* unit w/ no unit taking her place as 3*.

After feeling as though I wasted $75 on this banner and pulled 5stars b-Roy, Caeda, Seth, Sorin, and Merric I can see this was indeed cursed with your pulls. Thank you for posting this video. Your bad luck makes me feel okay with my bad luck as well.
Your reaction to this banner being cursed is how I felt back in the Brave Banner pulling for B!Lucina. I spent 450 orbs focus pulling for her and I got five pity breakers (which I all had at 5* already) and got a -Def B!Ike and 2 B!Roy, one -Atk and the other -Spd. Never got B!Lucina.
I've swore off buying orbs since then and to take what I get.
